Installed new thermostat promptly and am now in control of my home comfort from whatever distance on my phone as the thermostat is set up on WiFi by the great technicians that came out!!! Circle J is an outstanding company and I would recommend them highly to anyone in or around the DFW metroplex

Circle J installed a 4-ton XR17 Trane system with 2-stage cooling that is awesome. They were professional and willing to hussle to get it installed before the rain came. They came highly recommended and they did a great job for our family. Thank you!

In the middle of a long hot week we lost our a.c. unit. Circle J came out within 24 hours and got us up & running. Manny did a great job, appreciate the timely response.

Circle J Heating & Air from Haltom City has been our go-to a/c company for 9 years. They are very prompt, honest, & reasonable. We’ve had them out at 4 different houses ranging from brand new construction to an older house built in the ‘60’s. Manny did maintenance on 3 units today. He’s very polite & knowledgeable.
What a shame that these guys are being confused with another company that has a similar name. I am a long time customer and have been nothing but pleased with the service I receive from Circle J. Today, I came home to find the first floor air conditioner had stopped working and it was 87 degrees inside. Called Circle J on a hot Saturday afternoon. The tech was here in thirty minutes. Manny fixed the problem, checked the system to make sure nothing else was wrong and one hour later my house is cool again. Don't let these other reviews deter you. As I said before, they are for another company. Circle J has had my business for 23 years and I would not consider anyone else.
These folks share a name with a really bad company- don't judge them! They returned all our calls and pointed us to Circle A Heat and Air in Crowley- who no one should risk doing business with.
What a terrible experience! They came out on a home warranty call and said they were ordering a part. After that, we called them over and over and they kept promising to set up a time. Then.... a week and a half later they finally say the claim for the part was denied by the warranty company. The warranty company said they never received the claim and the part would have been covered. It’s 20 degrees outside. Thanks for NOTHING!
Honest shop and they know mini split units as well which is hard to find.
The invoice said honest and integrity. These guys are a bunch of dishonest thieves . The lied to me about a diagnostic the did on a AC unit. They said the changed the part and they never did. Found this out when another honest company came out. Stay clear of them.
