Very professional, friendly and possess the knowledge of a company that takes pride in their work. As a property manager in the area for the last 30 years I am very familiar with companies who disappoint. Bryer Heating and Cooling does not. They have installed new units and done several repairs always to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them for all of your cooling and AC needs.
We've recently had Bryer Heating and Cooling install an entirely new air-conditioning system on the ground floor of our offices, as well as some auxiliary works on existing systems. Utmost professionalism, honest advice, and complete transparency throughout the process. Cannot give any higher praise of their services, and they are very competitive on price.
One of our home's two air conditioners had stopped cooling. Bryer Heating and Cooling specialist examined the equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor and low coolant. In about an hour or less, our two-zone HVAC system was inspected, repaired, and back to work. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and answered all of my questions. Top notch.
I can not recommend Ken enough! We had an issue with our AC and Heater and they ensured it got fixed no matter what! The customer service was beyond any business I have contracted with in the past. As we had to wait for a part, they brought us a portable AC unit free of cost to help us through the hot weather. 100% Approved!!
I had a great experience with these guys. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful.The technicians arrived on time and walked me through the entire process and answered all of our questions before they started. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.
This was not an easy job, sticking a complete system in a trailer. The techs made the best of the crazy twists and turns that happened during installation. They talked to us, explained everything. Most important they made it happen! They cleaned up the area, everything is neat and in place. We are very happy with the unit and work done. Thanks.
Mike is professional, polite, and know his stuff. He explained the work he was going to do, gave precise estimates on the time it would take, then completed the work on time. He explained the measurement results clearly, then made a thoughtful and reasonable recommendation. Furthermore, he cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Very impressive. We would love to work with him again and again.
Our entire experience with Bryer Heating and Cooling has been wonderful! We signed up after an in home consultation with Mike and had 3 ductless air conditioner units installed in our home less than 2 weeks later! Spectacular service!!
We had an annual service done by Mike. He arrived on time, performed the service efficiently and explained what he did very clearly. He went beyond to clean up after they were done. We were very impressed with the entire process and would definitely recommend them.
First, I will start by saying I live with and take care of my 84 yr old handicap mom. Who was in the hospital and did to be released on Tues Dec 10th, Monday evening Dec 9th, my furnace stop working. Tues a.m I called Bryers to schedule a service call in order to get furnace fixed before picking up my mom. (Did I mention this was the coldest few days yet this year) time scheduled was between 2:30 - 4. The techs arrived around 4:30. They took a look at furnace said there was nothing they could do, (waived my 125.00 ser charge) that they would have to send out installers to look at it they would call first. Moms home from hospital with no heat. Wednesday comes no calls no show. Called Bryers asked what was going on, man didnt understand what happened said they would send someone out they would call first. Thursday still no call mo show. So I called again female on phone was very apologetic noted my info and said I should hear from someone. Needless to say its Monday Dec 16th and I still have not heard from anyone from Bryers Heating and Cooling. I did get my furnace fixed had to call another company. Cost me $25 service charge...ALL I NEEDED WAS A TUBE CLEANED OUT AND A $82.00 IGNITOR I PURCHASED FROM UNITED REF. And it ourselves. So no will I not recommend your company nor ever use your company again. Service tech's either fo not know what they are doing or was trying to take advantage of a old woman and her daughter by saying they needed a NEW FURNACE. REGARDLESS BAD BUSINESS
I'm so happy we found Bryer Heating and Cooling. The installer and his team completed worked as promised and our home is cooling now. He also inspected our furnace and gave us a report. The quote was very reasonable.
I have nothing but great things to say about Bryer Heating and Cooling. We utilize the spring and fall checks on our system every year and the technician, Jim, has been great. He is extremely elaborate and took the time to answer all of my questions! My family will always recommend them forever!!!
Jim came to my home on time, performed the system checkup efficiently, and answered all of my questions. He also suggested for the thermostat replacement which we agreed on. he best price, products, warranty, and service. Professional, responsible, and caring. I only recommend Bryer Heating and Cooling!
Exceptional Service and super quick turn around for installation. The sales agent came to my house for a quote within hours of my request, provided me with a reasonable quote, on the spot and was able to schedule my installation within 3 days. Highly recommend!!
I usually don't write review unless the service is exceptionally excellent. Jim from Bryer Heating and Cooling is extremely responsive and professional. I left a voice mail message and received a call-back within 15 mins and scheduled a appointment with reasonable time frame. What impressed me the most was his professionalism, and honesty. He quickly identified the problem with my A/C unit, resolve the issue and at a super reasonable rate.
Awesome prices, quality work. I highly recommend Bryer Heating and Cooling, they won't rip you off like many other businesses, they won't take advantage of you non-working AC or heater to jack up the prices and fees. Very honest and transparent with the lowest prices. I have the habit of shopping around and found this place to be my winner all the times.
I was very delighted with the service I received from Jim, a technician at Bryer Heating and Cooling. He was extremely hasty, familiar and accommodating. He explained the problem with our heating system very clearly and helped us make the right decision about how to remedy it. I will definitely call again in case of any problem with my heater.
Excellent service from Bryer Heating and Cooling- needed a new furnace since the current one was noisy -I called them on Thursday afternoon and they got it replaced in the morning the next day- very quick, clean and efficient - they also had my air conditioner fixed and everything working marvelously. Highly recommended.
