I've been using them for years. Always had good experiences. Today they installed a brand new system for me at a great price. Curtis, the owner, is very customer service focused and easy to talk to and knowledgeable. UPDATE 4/21/22 They just did another fantastic install today for me! They always leave my place looking better than when they showed up! UPDATE 6/2/23 STEVE came out and fixed a leak in my drain line very quickly and efficiently. I called at 8am and the repair was done at 10:15am.
We are new customers to American Air Masters and will be long time customers. Steve, Jeff and Cody installed our new complete system and I must say they did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, and very clean ( you would not know they had even been here when they finished). They give you a great product at a great price! Mr. Curtis, Steve, Jeff, Cody and Jennifer are wonderful, honest, professional people and we highly recommend them.

We have been doing business with American Air Masters going on 10 years and we will keep doing business with them. Curtis and Sheryl are the most honest and professional business owners. Their staff are truly the best as well. We just had our a/c tune up done the other day and Cody (technician) was wonderful….he called me when he was on his way but I had also received a call from their front office staff letting me know he is own his way (They really keep you in the loop!). When Cody was finished he explained everything that he did and recommended when our next tune up should be scheduled. By-the-way, they were the ones that installed our whole a/c system several years ago. If you have any heating or cooling needs , call them…you will not regret it!
March 2022. Just had two AC systems installed by Curtis and his excellent crew. Fair price and very professional install. Very comfortable with these guys in and out of my home. I highly recommend American Air Masters if your looking for a smaller family run business that’s been in the metroplex for decades, and cares about customer service.

Steve and Jeff were great to work with on my complete HVAC installation. Everything went as the owner Curtis said it would. They were reccommendedto me by a family member and I'm more then satisfied. I HAD MY HVAC SYSTEM CHECKED FOR THE UPCOMING WINTER SEASON, AND, AS USUAL I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED... TECHNICIAN ERIC CAME TO PREFORM THE SEASONAL CHECK-UP AND SYSTEM INSPECTION, AND I WANT TO SAY THAT HE WAS ON TIME, EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I EXPLAINED A COUPLE OF CONCERNS THAT I HAD, AND HE LOOKED INTO EACH ONE AS HE CHECKED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. HE EVEN INSTALLED MY NEW BOX FILTER FOR ME...( AN ITEM THAT I USUALLY TAKE CARE OF MYSELF). HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WERE VERY IMPRESSIVE. CURTIS CERTAINLY HAS A GREAT TEAM!!! FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL TO THE TECHNICIAN VISIT. IT IS TRULY A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN AIR MASTERS!!!

Bought a new AC unit from them in January 2020. Excellent service. Fast forward to October 2021, Curtis came out on two different occasions within the last two weeks to mess with my AC. First call ended up being a bad zone controller that they didn't install. He double checked all the hardware and verified it was all good. Never charged for the service call. Very nice of him. Two weeks later, the hard start kit burned up. Curtis again came out the same day I called and repaired the issue right away. He again waived the service call since it was a new system and I had been having a rough time all of the sudden with the system. Great guy, great service. Thanks Again!!!
Steve, Larry and Jimmy installed 1of 2 HVAC units at my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up. They also explained to me exactly how it worked and what I needed to do to maintain it for maximum efficiency. I got several bids on this job from different A/C companies and am very happy that I chose this company to complete the work. The 2nd of the two units will be installed tomorrow and I expect the work will go as smoothly as today.
Larry, Justin, Jeff serviced the AC unit at my moms house and they are extremely nice and honest. They go above and beyond what is necessary and their work and professionalism really shines. I highly recommend!
Jeff and Larry were absolutely wonderful. They were considerate of my needs as well as care for my property. I appreciated their humor despite the terrible heat they had to work in. They both explained the operation and care of my unit thoroughly and easily understood. I will continue to use American Air Masters for maintenance and recommend them for repairs and replacement.

Very Reasonsible Prices, Honest Business Practices, Caring Owners and Employees. I have used this company for 15+ years for service. I recently had them install a new HVAC unit. I am completely happy with their guidance, knowledge, service and installation. Everyone I have recommended them to has been equally satisfied. Update~ It's been over a year and I am still absolutely thrilled with American Air Masters and my HVAC system. My monthly bills are lower than my old unit.
ARE YOU KIDDING...THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!!! Old fashion service. Say what they do and do what they say. Oh and did I mention, they actually arrive on time, and communicate, that means call you, if they happen to be running alittle behind. Excellent value, Greg did a great job and showed up at my door not wearng one of those God forsaken diapers on his face....another story. Need HVAC done, look no further!!
Curtis is a honest straight shooter that isn't gonna sell you things you don't need! That's really something you don't see very often anymore! I'm so glad we went with his company. Jeff and Greg came out to do the installation and they were great! They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond and we're extremely satisfied with their work!! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!
