Washburn came out and determined we were low on freon and that we have a slow leak. They topped us off and have us estimates on parts or to replace the whole system. The tech was great! We'd highly recommend them!
Washburn HVAC makes my job as a landlord a successful one. They are courteous and quick to respond to your needs and that speaks volumes in this Texas heat!

Jason and TJ were extremely professional and friendly. They offered a financing plan immediatly once they realized our entire HVAC system would have to be replaced. They were on time and installed a new HVAC system. They made sure everything was working correctly and walked me through everything they did. They also completed duct cleaning for our entire home which we had went years without doing. It was quite a lot of work and they still managed to get it all done in an efficient manner. We are so grateful for Jason and TJ and we will only be using Washburn Air from here on out! Thank you all so much for everything!
my new go to hvac companythey cleanecd th coils of my sysrtemwhicheed caused th heat to continue to flow correctly aswell as installed & moved a new thermostat. did a great job of xplainning what happened to my system and how the work they suggested would fix the issue today andextend the lif of the system overall. their pricin was fair an work was quick/clean.

Before you call when you AC systems seems to be working except for not getting power to your T-Stat, check and see if your condensation is draining. Washburn Air has a set fee that will cost your over $335.00 even if there are there less than 15 minutes.
The tch came fast and gave my system a little kick to help improve the a/c until management give further notice unfortunately I may have to wait a few months to get new one entirely but Washburn air came through

I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am to have come into contact with Washburn Air. I spoke with them late last night and he was here today by 11:20 am. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes, if not less, and the entire experience was just amazing. He is very friendly, professional, affordable (this was our biggest concern with getting it fixed and he was more then willing to make something work for us both) and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and how to work on them. He will be our go to person from now on and will be the one we recommend to everyone we know. He recently began servicing the Decatur area and I am so glad he did.Thank you again for your help, there aren't enough words to express my gratitude.
Had 2 other companies come out and quote a full system replacement, and Washburn blew them out of the water, not just in price but in honesty and transparency. I have 10 year warranty with my new system, could not be happier.
Jason and his team installed a full HVAC system in a detached addition this past February. They were knowledgeable professional and very reasonably priced. I recently had an issue with the A/C portion of our HVAC in the main house( not installed by Washburn) and they responded immediately, diagnosed and had the part installed in a few days. Top notch company

TJ came out to do routine maintenance. He was friendly and professional and on time. During the process he detected an issue with a capacitor and got it replaced during the same visit and helped us avoid costly repairs in the future. We’re super happy with the service!
