Micah helped us before and after new bathroom countertops were installed. Plumbing had to be disconnected, then reinstalled, He put in two new faucets and restored old leaky plumbing in one bathroom. His workmanship was good and he was careful to clean up well, was personable and thoughtful of our property. We will be happy to have him come back for any of our plumbing needs.
I was glad with East Coast Mechanical. They had to search to find a replacement unit for our A/C system, but finally were able to do so which was awesome as our system had died. The individuals who installed the system were courteous and completed the installation I am pleased with the system as the west room was very warm in the afternoon even with covering on the glass. Now it is as cool as any room in the house. Thanks.
Our repairman Doug Mahanke was professional and took the time to explain the complication and offer us the opportunity to be involved in deciding what our options were for the repair. Once he was done he tested to make sure the system was working properly. In addition he was also courteous and considerate when we had questions. Thank you Dan Felker
He was knowledgeable on what was wrong with the system after diagnosis. service me understand how the system functioned, and some of the precautions that I can take moving forward. Also showed me how to do simple maintenance. I would endorse Erik our work tech as well as the company.
Peyton arrived on time. Peyton was good 👌. professional- explained step of what he was doing and why- and what to expect. After inspecting the layout of the house, he explained the best options for our needs and explained the best cost to value ratios. He went out of his way to make this a pleasurable experience. Had water heater go out. asked appointment on site late Friday night. confirmed for the time slot selected in the scheduling request, first thing Monday morning. Robert was probably the best work repairman of any sort I have ever had task on anything at my house. On time, professional, courteous, and explained that was wrong, showed it to me, and what it would take to fix it. Completed the job including a run to get the new water heater. Great service and I will be using again.
This company provides excellent service! My 92 year old mother's furnace stopped working on a -7° f day, and they sent a repairman to fix it. I'm happy with their service.
Terrance was on time and explained why he was suggesting the fixes the suggested. He did an incredibly thorough inspection and found some things that would have been disasters if he hadn't repaired them. Keep this man delighted as part of your company because he is outstanding. Knowledgeable, great with clients and I will be asking for him by name from here on out. I don't necessarily like workers in my house but with Matthew it was a pleasure. Professional, knowledgeable and great at what he does.
We opted to go in a different direction, it had nothing to do with how the company was represented. We were informed and educated and the company representative was super. We call them again.
