Very knowledgeable on the things that is needed for my unit.
Definitely recommend Strittmatter. Hunter is so professional and knowledgeable and friendly. They are always helpful and timely in helping solve my air conditioner problems.

Saturday 4:59 pm. A/C not working. Eduardo was there in 30 minutes; had it fixed in an hour. Good job guys! ... and gals!
Was AC and Nest thermostat wouldn't cool. Hunter troubleshot multiple issues and didn't give until it was working perfectly.
They were open earlier than most - we didn't have to pay extra for the weekend, and they were fast. Hunter was awesome and informative. We will be using them for all our AC needs.

Hunter was efficient and quite knowledgeable in solutioning my ac issue. He quickly got my system running properly and had an extremely pleasant demeanor despite having to work in the extreme heat. Great job! Also, shout out to Ashley who was able to arrange same-day service!

Hunter was extremely professional and friendly. Explained thoroughly of what the problem was and suggested recommendations on repairs. Cheaper than expected. He didn’t pressure on any additional repairs etc. Will use him and this company again if necessary.

Eduardo was punctual, explained everything well, and made sure our system was running efficiently. There are a few follow-up items we are going to consider, but I don't feel pressured into anything. He did a great job! I highly recommend.
Technician was very friendly, thorough, took his time to explain. Very pleased.
Digital thermostat was not working. Screen was blank and would not turn on in turn making the first floor unit not turn on. Thermostat was replaced with a new one. There was also repair on some exposed wiring connected to the outside units.
Eduardo with Strittmatter came out and did a tune up on our HVAC system today. He was very thorough and professional. He also tuned our Heating system in the winter. He was just as thorough and professional. We are very happy to be with Strittmatter.
