We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.
Everyone that works the counter is super helpful and friendly! Always a good experience when I go to this store.
Very nice new location, Tanner was very helpful and this is one of the few suppliers close to the new developments in McKinney Frisco and prosper. Perfect location for any plumbers or HVAC contractors working this area
