I appreciate how quickly someone was able to come to our home to access the issue with our unit. Israel was thorough in his explanation and was able to provide us with options to fix the problem.

Adrian was the tech that came to bail my wife and I out of the heat! Our house was getting close to the high 80’s and in less than an hour we were back in business. He was very clear on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost, and some options available to us in terms of preventing future mishaps. I will start with this. . We have used Legend 2 times before and will continue to use them. However, I was disappointed with what I was charged this time around. They did a full system analysis which they quote to be $99. That part of the appointment was terrific. No issues. My system does need to be replaced sooner rather than later but obviously money is tight. All I needed was a new capacitor which retails at about $18 to $30. Plug and play. Because I appreciate what Lengend had done previously, I didn't mind spending the 99 plus the capacitor replacement at this time. Last time they came out, that's what I paid. I'm disappointed this time that I was charged $400 AND the $99 analysis. $400 dollars to change an $18 dollar part. I told the tech I know I need a new system soon but right now I need the bandaid fix. FOUR HUNDRED dollars. I should have just ordered the part and replaced it myself. I did appreciate the system analysis but good lord. Not a great start to my summer vacation. Oh well.
The company is very on top of all facets of their business. I spoke with several staff on the phone and everyone was very kind and helpful. I appreciated getting a text with the name, photo, & bio of the technician coming to our home ahead of time. Adrian was very professional, called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was accommodating to our needs and patient along the way. Very up front and honest about the short-term and long-term solutions.

Above and beyond is an understatement. Luis took his time to check both of my systems, audit them, and answer any of our questions along the way. I can't imagine a diagnostic being more thorough. 100% recommend.
