Cole has helped us a couple of times with unexpected problems with our AC unit (due to shortcuts our home builder took). Every time, he has clearly explained the problem and given options for resolutions. If anybody needs air conditioning repairs (and I hope you don’t), Cole and Air Repair Pros will take good care of you.

Jason, was such a nice kid, very personable. (I say kid because we are almost 60) He and Nick took their time walking the rooms, the attic and checking out our systems. Our home is 8 years old so, he told us what we had to do...buy a new unit. He told my husband the lifespan of these things are only 10 years. They have to cut and re-route our duct system...augh. It's been a very hot summer, and it's not even August yet. Glad we called them.
Sal was incredible and rescued us from an 80 degree house over the 4th of July! I received several options on repairs and I feel like it was competitive pricing. Absolutely LOVE all the features of the membership program. I think this sets them apart.
Noel was extremely professional! He was so patient to explain the reasons for the issues I was experiencing with my air conditioner. He was thorough including options and really seemed to be looking out for me as the customer. He was respectful and kind. I will request him for future calls. Excellent service!
The technician arrived on time, and quickly look at the system/gave me a price for the repair work. Once the work was completed the work he showed pictures/explained the work he completed.

I rarely write reviews because they are opinions that apply to me and may not be applicable to anyone else. I selected Air Repair Pros about two years ago to service the system that I had at that time. I was satisfied with the work that all of the technicians did because they always provided pictures and written commentary on the work that needed to be done and demonstrated that it was completed. Compared with past experiences with other contractors, they are very expensive, but I considered them to be a good investment. When my old system reached the end of its life, they replaced it for me, but the management failed to tell me that Trane's new models are not drop-in replacements for their retired models. The components that were recently installed had the same general specifications as the components that were replaced, but the new system is unable to provide conditioned air to all parts of my living space, whereas my previous system did. In the course of making the components more efficient and use less electricity, Trane apparently degraded some of the specifications, and there is no way to fix the problem with the current installation. I would need to increase tonnage and/or buy higher priced replacement components at full price. If you are planning on buying a new system from anyone, make sure that they run all of the design calculators and give you a written plan that specifies exactly what your structure needs and that guarantees that the design will work for you.
Overall Sam did a real good job on fixing the overflow of the water on the down stairs unit. He is a dedicated, hard worker and honest.
We reached out to Air Repair on Saturday morning because our AC quit blowing cold air Friday night. CJ arrived promptly at 9 am. He looked briefly at both the inside and outside units. He immediately came to the conclusion that we needed a whole new AC system. He showed us two options. One was $12K, and the other was $20K. I asked him, "What was wrong with our current unit?" He said, "Not sure, it could be the compressor or the circuit board." He explained that he didn't have parts for a Lennox AC, and it would take days to get them. He didn't even take the outside unit apart to look at it. He decided that since our unit was 14 years old, we needed a replacement. We called another company, and they sent someone out at 11 am. He took the outside unit apart and saw the motor wasn't working. He replaced it for $450. Now we have cool air. If you call Air Repair Pros for an actual repair, I would definitely recommend a second opinion before agreeing to finance a brand new unit. It could save you thousands of dollars.
Andrew was super nice, gave me several different options and quotes, was informative and professional. He came out the day after I reached out to them. And it was a plus that they had the capacity to do the job the next day, while another provider I was working with was two weeks out to schedule repair after already waiting a week for them to come out to diagnose the problem. John also treated me well and was in communication with me during the process. I recommend.
Great experiencing to get a new system installed. Quick responses via phone, email and text. Once we agreed that replacement was the way to go, they installed the whole new system the following morning. Noel was the main person we dealt with: he is great and knows his trade. He was here 4 times: fixing, checking on items. Replacing a whole unit is never the first choice but they made it painless!
I normally do not go through the trouble to do Google reviews however this is a must. Dallas B is a Rockstar !! as will call him out anytime to do service as he is very kind. He has the heart of a teacher as very thorough with explanation of issues with HVAC. Will be glad to use you guys time and time again! Thanks for the good service! 👏😀
Cole arrived promptly to take a look at our AC and was very personable. He was thorough in his evaluation and was very knowledgeable in trouble shooting what was wrong with our unit. I would highly recommend his services for AC evaluation and repair.

Jason took care of my AC unit pretty cake quick during the hot season. He was honest in cost of repairs and I appreciated that only one thing that I think could’ve been an improvement by the company has nothing to do with Jason. We had an issue on a question about, a temporary thermostat that was installed. The management could’ve handled it much better as it wasn’t a big deal but because the management. Was worried that I was looking to get a free thermostat, which I was not. Made excuses Like do you did not know who was there in the last couple days. It did frustrate me but upper management called me and resolved it quickly and all it was was a temporary thermostat. Jason went right over and replaced the thermostat as well. My advice to all companies is, don’t make excuses or make statements like they don’t know who was there at the house. That sounds condescending. Just resolve the issue. Be honest and apologize if a mistake was made once again Jason did a great job.
Sam explained my system in layman’s terms. I followed him as he performed service and he explained my system with authority. This is my first feedback in 64 years and VERY happy with CUSTOMER EXPEREINCE!
Blake was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Got my ac up and running in less than an hour! We can now handle this Texas heat!
