AC went out at 5pm, needed a same day after hours service, BOOM! Jose had me up and running by 7:45pm - Same Day. They have earned all my future heating and AC needs.
Our AC went out, called AirMaster spoke to Jose and he came the same day. He checked out what's going on and gave me my options. Quoted me a new (Trane) AC unit price was reasonable and gave me a Military discount, and it was installed the next day. Job well done, I strongly recommend AirMasters
We were new to the area and were unhappy with our older AC performance and electricity charges, so we opted for a new system. I contacted our AC person from our original state, and he agreed our price quote was perfect from Air Masters, who was recommended by my daughter. Prompt, tidy, professional, over the top customer service… too good to be true! Will always use them! Thank you Air Masters!!!
Reliable and reasonably priced. Jorge, Bryan and Jose were diligent and professional. Frankly, I cannot imagine being pleasant and even tempered working in an attic when the temperature is 104° outside and yet, these folks were incredible. Their follow-up and follow through is especially noteworthy. I have no regrets in my engagement of Air Masters to fix and replace our air conditioning unit.
I was able to chat with someone online. They responded right away. They were very helpful with information. Easy to get ahold of someone and to get the info you need.
Everyone that answers the phones are always very polite and helpful. They were able to quickly come out and diagnose our A/C issues. Once we decided to get a new unit, Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get the parts quickly and then get them installed within just a couple of days. This was one of the best service experiences we’ve had. We have used this company (and Jose) before and we will continue to use and recommend them!

Very professional and fast service
We had all three systems replaced since the original equipment was still in place from when the house was built 18 years ago. We used Trane units and the process could not have been smoother with no issues during the installation. Jose Garza and his team covered all the floors and also wore shoe protectors and never once touched a wall removing the old equipment or bringing in the new. They swept the entire floor of the attic and you can’t even tell they were in the house all day. I highly recommend them as they have exceeded my expectations in workmanship and professionalism!! Thank you Air Masters and especially Jose and his team.
UPDATE: Was contacted by them after the review and they were sorry for the miscommunication. I've revised my review to 3 stars as I'm sure they are a good company, but my experience for what the repair I needed was hopefully just an anomaly. ****** Needed AC repair. Scheduled a service call. Waited days in broken hot AC for my appointment. The wait is expected, whats NOT expected is for them to then tell me they can't repair or even look at my system because the repair may be maintenance related??? I told them I didn't want a full replacement, just wanted my system fixed back to optimal performance. They said they only do maintenance in Aprilish. Really these guys only want to make money on replacements. That's fine, but they shouldn't hold themselves out as AC repair company.
The evaporator coil on our downstairs A/C unit failed, and I was not happy with the solution provided by my home warranty company and its HVAC contractor. So, I decided to research well-regarded service providers, and I heard wonderful things about Air Masters. I gave them a call and spoke with Jennifer whose customer service over the phone was absolutely top notch. She listened to my summary of the situation and within 30 minutes, she had Jose at my door to give my system a once-over and offer recommendations and an estimate. Just like Jennifer, Jose's level of customer service was second to none and he was extremely friendly and willing to walk me through the detail of his suggestions including rationale. The price quoted was almost the same as the "out of pocket" portion that my home warranty wanted me to pay as a supplement to the coverage they were providing. In addition, Air Masters was offering to install a Trane unit rather than an "off brand" that the home warranty was planning to install. I was so impressed by Air Masters that I decided to not use my home warranty to address the issue. Air Masters came back the very next day and installed the new Trane evaporator coil, and my house has never felt more comfortable! In addition, Air Masters installed some manual dampers (at a very reasonable price) and solved a long-standing problem where our downstairs master bedroom was constantly not as cool as the rest of our house during the hot summer. I cannot recommend Air Masters strongly enough and will most certainly use them for all HVAC needs moving forward. Best in class customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship!
They were thorough and professional. They installed my new 4 ton AC unit in one day and only two days after I found out I needed it. Fast and efficient. The whole team was great.
We had Air Masters come to our house for a second opinion after another company told use we needed to replace both of our units and all the duct work. Jose was honest and said we didn't need all that work and he could keep the units working for a while which he did trouble free for over two years. We finally had to replace our larger unit and Jose and his team from Air Masters did it quickly and professionally. We couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you
Jose Garza knows a lot about HVAC’s and can answer your questions in a way you’re sure to understand. His prices can’t be beat! Recently installed a Trane furnace and AC, as well as fixed a hot South atrium window / door issue. I can now leave my blinds open during the day and with working from home that is a blessing. Had asked for the crew to have gloves & masks on due to COVID-19 and everyone did. I’d definitely recommend this small family-owned business to anyone. Big HVAC companies have big overhead & that gets passed on to the consumer. Felt good to help a small business during a pandemic.

Wish we would have started using AirMasters YEARS ago! Jen and Randy are the epitome of responsive, prompt, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I’m so thrilled that I no longer have to go through the stressful rigamarole of quoting different A/C servicers. They’ll be my first call for the rest of time every time.
