I paid $15,000 for (1) 4-ton HVAC unit including new ducts in December 2021, this includes my purchased tankless hot water heater that is itemized on the estimate and final invoice. 4 months later, they have not installed the tankless. I have 5 messages of “tomorrow” we will come. It is not even summer and already the AC tripped and now the secondary drain is dripping, which means the system is already clogged. When I call the company phone number on Google, it rings once and disconnects. I cannot imagine a worse company to hire.
AC went out early morning on a Sunday. Googled who was available 24/7 in my area and NXGen popped up. Called and the lady who answered was very nice despite having to take a call at 6am. They were able to fit me in for service/repair same day and within a decent time frame. Mr. Tony was my tech and was super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use NXGen again!
Michael was very professional & helpful. We hope that all that is wrong is the thermostat. Definitely recommend.
This company is incompetent. They were so friendly and helpful when the A/C system needed to be replaced and then 15 months later, we find that that the motor in the A/C was not installed correctly. The A/C started making this awful noise and after we had another contractor come out, we found out that it was installed wrong. It caused $1,000 in damage on a system that was less than a year and a half old. It should have lasted years!! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone to use Hal Watson!! They are honest, smart and actually know what they are doing.
Xavier and his team are the best! Came to my aunts house and replaced her unit with a new one! The job was done quickly and done right! I cant thank them enough for their hard work!
NxGen came out the next day and installed my new AC. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service. Our old AC couldn't keep up with the Houston heat. This new unit so far hasn't flinched! I know we haven't had a super hot day this year, but it's coming and I can't wait to see how well the new unit can handle it. Thanks for all the help!
My system failed and I was referred to NxGen by a family member. They arrived the same day to troubleshoot and quickly knew the problem. The house is 30 years old with the original system. I decided to do a complete replacement. I received an excellent price and they installed the next day. Very professional crew and performed an excellent install. They went above and beyond by replacing wood supports that were found bad after the removal old the old system and added additional material to ensure the intake vent didn't drawl unfiltered air. I now have a sense of confidence in my system and my NEW AC professionals. Thank you NxGen.
Not yet waiting on a price but so far so good
They came out like an hour or two after I call. I was so surprised they came out so fast. They looked things over to let us know what work needs doing and what we could do to prevent the problem in future. The service was great and we really loved Thomas' southern drawl and manners. We are going to see about having them back out to do some work. Thank you very much.

Very professional from the time of booking, taking payment and until the tech is done. The let you know when they are on the way, they wear their mask in your home & I loved that my diagnostic was free and that I was told what the cost would be before doing anything. They got my heater up and running in one visit and I was pleased with my service!! The lady on the phone was always very very sweet & booking my appointment took no time!! I recommend them and their prices are very reasonable!
Austin and Kyle from NXGEN came out to my house to service my AC/Heater within 24 hours of contacting them. They not only addressed the issues I needed them to, they went above and beyond by fixing a gutter that had detached from my roof! These guys were on it and did an amazing job for a very fair price! I would recommend them for all HVAC and Roofing needs and I will be using them for all of these in the future!
Service called fast to make appointment. He came on my time; meaning after work and when I could show without taking a day off of work. He listened to my problem and was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable. Great doing work with him.
After calling multiple ac companies last night I finally got in touch with nxgen, they were out within 30 minutes and had they heater back up and working in an hour! Thanks again Kyle!
If you're looking for a company, look no further and hire Nxgen! 100% recommend. The customer service was top notch!! Kyle made everything go smoothly and was very informative and answered all questions I had. I'm always nervous about getting the run around or made to feel less than smart because I am a woman but Kyle made sure I was informed & explained it all till I understood, he was very essential in making sure I chose what I needed. Will use again this summer when the heat goes crazy again!! Thank you Nxgen!!
Excellent company to hire. They replaced our entire A/C including ducting and were very professional, respected both the home and yard. Kyle was very informative and quick to answer any questions I had. Very responsive to trouble calls as well (one not their fault and one mine). One call was same day, one was next day early morning. In the Houston area its normally difficult to find that kind of service level for HVAC. Not with NXGEN and especially not with Kyle. I highly reccomend you give them a chance.
Friendly and knowledgeable, will use again, plus they have a membership that benefits me, they will clean it yrly with no cost.
