Samer was kind, quick and professional when our AC was freezing up. He answered all of our questions, was extremely kind and was very knowledgeable about his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC servicing.

When I called, they were busy, but still agreed to come the same day. They came at the time they said they would, found the problems and fixed them immediately. They were professional, explained everything they were doing and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
I came home to take my 88 year old mother to the doctor and the heat on the house hit me as soon as I walked in. I called, explained the situation and someone was there when I got back from the doctor. Unfortunately it could not be fixed that night but it was up and cooling my house the next day. The owner really cares about his customers. He is my new heating/cooling man. THANK YOU!
Samer did a fantastic job when our AC stopped cooling on what was a very hot day. He’s done multiple repairs/maintenance jobs for our family and we’re always satisfied with the quality of his work. He is very honest and upfront and doesn’t try to oversell you. As a bonus, he is a preferred vendor with our home warranty and we were able to request him for our repairs. We would definitely recommend him!
Samer was awesome! He was able to check out our problem quickly. Informed me of the issues we had and what our options were. Very knowledgeable, he explained everything that would be done and answered any questions I had. Great price! The work was done in a timely manner, and he followed up to make sure that we were happy with the work. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Refined Air was assigned to us via our home warranty for an ongoing A/C issue after two other contractors had not worked out. Due to a previous misdiagnosis of the problem with our system, our home warranty initially denied coverage, but Refined Air was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the appeal process and eventually our claim was covered. Refined Air installed the new unit the day it was available, even though it was raining slightly throughout the time they were at our home. Their technicians were responsive and professional, and answered all of my questions. After what was altogether a terrible experience getting our system replaced, working with Refined Air was just about the only truly positive aspect of the ordeal. If anything further happens with our system, we will contract with them directly.
Refined A/C did an excellent job. He was very responsive and helpful. He listened to our concerns and did an outstanding job. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.
I live in League city Texas I had an AC unit that was not working in June of 2021. Refined AIR cooling and heating came and fixed our AC very quickly. Absolutely professional and competitive price. Samer was very nice and respectful. He checked all our system and made sure everything was working. What is really nice about Samer is that he called us the next day and made sure the unit is working properly. I strongly recommend if you had any AC repair needs.
Compare all other services I had used, Refined Air Cooling & Heating is the best. Mr. Kayyali is very professional and patient. His service exceeds my expectation. My home warranty company sent him come to fix thermostat and compressor contactors, the home warranty company forgot to order one part, Mr. Kayyali had to come back to installed the 2nd contactor, but he didn't charge for the 2nd service. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with Refined Air Cooling & Heating! I have an old house in the Heights and the AC went out after an electric issue and Samar came out and was able to get us up and running in no time and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Great Company , We had our business AC stop cooling , spoke to Sam and explained that it is a business and needed repair done asap . He did show late at night tested and determined AC needed replacement . By end of the following day a new ac system was installed . Really impressed with this company and how fast i was up and running and the best part was there pricing were very competitive with other companies. Will use again if needed
I had an old AC unit fail and needed one quickly. This company was very responsive and was able to get me a replacement very quickly. The tech was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to address any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend this company, and will be using them for all my AC needs in the future.
