Dan was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was on time for appt and explained many things on the working of my units and answered all my questions. Very happy with service.
Reservation process was simple and scheduled Dan to come out and service/inspect the old system in the home we just purchased. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout his visit. he explained options and recommendations to continue using our old system and provided recommendations and quotes for us to make an educated decision on whether or not to get a new unit.
Fast and friendly service. Dan and Jerod did a good job with the install of our new furnace. They took the time to explain the process and how our new furnace and controls work, not to mention the money we would save with the new equipment. Great crew! Highly recommended!
This company replaced our ancient rental heater. Installers arrived on time, with the exact model ordered, and the installation was seamless. They kept the area tidy. Answered all of our questions.
Setup an appointment that was a week out and then was delayed because they had another job that came up that was more important than mine. They never called or notified they where not going to show up. When asked they said give us 3 days (on a Tuesday)and we will be there the coming Monday (6 days later). I was assured they would send someone and yet nobody showed again. I even paid the extra money ahead of time to be seen about sooner.
I made an appointment and called the morning of to confirm that someone was coming. After being home all day waiting for them I call and then they decide to tell me that no one is coming on my scheduled day. Very unfortunate experience.
Austin has performed service at our home twice now and each time we have been very pleased with the service. He promptly returned our call and scheduled us immediately. He had the replacement parts with him and completed the repairs quickly and thoroughly in one visit.
Tiger Heating And Cooling Service has qualified techs, who keep up with the latest in the industry. For example, they told us about a new type of air filter which includes an UV light as well. We tried it and it does make a difference. Also, the staff gives narrower appointment windows. Also, they are courteous and they call if they will be delayed. Pricing is reasonable. To sum up: quality work, respect for customer's time, excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

Don came over to my house an hour after I called Tiger Heating And Cooling Service to come and do inspection of my furnace and hot water heater after 3 years without doing inspection on it. He was very polite and careful in handling the heater during the inspection. I am very pleased with the work and his clear advice about the filters. Highly recommend this company.
