My AC was not blowing cold air on a very hot day. I called this company and they answered immediately and was very pleasant. They were finishing up another AC job and assured me they would arrive to my home within 30 minutes to check my AC, and did just that! Excellent experience. I called late in the afternoon afternoon coming home to find the AC not working. Juan and his team answered quickly and showed up in 20 minutes. They quickly identified the issue and made the repairs. They quoted a straight forward price and didn't try to upset. 100% satisfied.
Thank you very much to the brothers at Prime. I had a leak detection service as well as the evaporator coil replacement. I called several companies before and was told a week out in order to have someone come by. I understand it’s the middle of the busy season, but when other companies did not show up, Prime showed up the next day, on time, ready to go. Just off of customer service and knowledge alone the guys are 5 star. I really appreciated how clean they were with covering the floors and wearing boot guards. Also, they were very fast and notified me of several other issues I had. They didn’t try to sale me on anything; they just gave me the options. Let these guys assist if you have hvac needs. Super professional! Arrived on time, did their job, and were very HONEST! And that's what you need in this industry, people who are honest. Very reasonable rates as well. Highly recommend Prime! Replaced the capacitor, installed a compressor-saver and cleaned the vents, for a fraction of the cost of other companies.
We recently contacted Juan and Jesus for our summer AC checkout. When discussing some concerns, they identified several problems with our current system including duct routing issues. We decided to move ahead with their recommendations are extremely happy that we did. They provided us with clear explanations, an extremely good price, and promptly scheduled the service. When they returned to perform the work, they were on time, took extra care to cover our wood floors and stairs, and expertly completed the work. We highly recommend their services.
Juan is a total bad-ass. He installed this wonderful 5-ton unit into my townhouse last summer and it runs beautifully. Today he was able to increase the air flow into my bedroom by over 70% by adjusting the damper. He really knows his business. Keep his number saved on your phone!

Jesus and his coworker were super quick to respond when our A/C unit went out this past week. They came that same day and were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about our options. We ended up replacing our old system, which they were able to install first thing the next morning. We are repeat customers with them and will call them in the future!
Prime HVAC has done a wonderful job Installing full heating systemand and ducts. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Also their price is very reasonable compair with other contractors. Most important is their totally honest. I highly recommend them for new or repair HVAC system.

We are so happy to have found the Prime crew! Our home AC was recently not cooling very well due to a leak. Jesus and his team was quick to reply to our request for service, showed up on time and worked quickly to diagnose and repair the problem. Jesus is extremely kind and professional and worked hard to make sure he could make our home comfortable again. We will definitely call Prime again for any future AC needs.

Very professional, straight forward, and honest company. They replaced my entire a/c and heater systems with brand new ducts, copper, and insulation in the attic. They had the lowest prices out of all other companies I got quotes from. They work very clean, fast, and also used very good well-known name brands. Needed some help on a Sunday replacing a thermostat, they came and took care of it without hesitation. Definitely going to use them in the future for all my maintenance and recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC work.
