Not at all pleased with their customer service. I didn’t have any service completed because they were a “no call no show” for the appointment. The appointment was made 6 days out and no communication from the company the day of or at time of appointment. I called them the next morning as my original appointment was between 4-7 pm the previous evening. Also no answering service/ voice mail when I called after they decided not to show up. While speaking to them in the morning and asked why they hadn’t shown up, the given answer was “it’s based on the tech and their schedule.” There seems to be a communication issue within the company. And I signed up for some BS annual service they had. Immediately told them to cancel everything. Put it simply.. terrible customer service. They probably have good techs, but customer service training needs to done ASAP.
Mike was courteous and professional. He did a great job explaining the service he was performing and answered all of my questions. I would definitely request him in the future for service on my heater. I highly recommend Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC servicing needs!
Have been using this company for years and they've always been competitively priced and have provided fast service. Had an issue where a problem was misdiagnosed originally and they really went above and beyond to get it taken care of the same day. Would hire them again.
I contacted Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am for an air conditioning problem. They came out about 2 hours later. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in very little time. They were extremely professional, very well priced and incredibly quick. I highly recommend.

I called Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning to set up an estimate, Mike showed up on time and made me feel comfortable and assured me that my needs and wants would be met. On the installation day Mike and his crew showed up on time, they walked me through the installation process step by step. They exhibited great skill and professionalism during the install. Mike showed up the following day to make sure the system was working as required and make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.

Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning company technician came out and diagnosed my furnace problem. They were very punctual and had in depth knowledge of my furnace problem. Everything went perfect, they were punctual and did a great job. It was awesome, will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
