I've worked For many companies in the past and even a family member in the hvac business, but the owner and walker company have treated me like a valued member of the team since day one.

The tech came out and tested my system and determined that it was just low on R-22 refrigerant. Of course he didn't have any on the truck and began trying to convince me to put in a complete new system instead of just a copy of pounds of R-22. He stated that Walker didn't have any R-22 in stock and was having a really hard time finding any. It took me about 5 minutes on google to find a local HVAC repair company that did have R-22 at a lower price than he quoted. I also found a major distributor that sells to licensed HVAC company that told me he had enough R-22 to supply most of DFW.
Walker is the best in the biz! Special shout out to Ezekiel for great work recently.

My family and I have been using Walker HVAC for, maybe, 30 years. Dad used Walker. When I bought a house and needed HVAC work, Walker was my first call and will always be my first call. We are selling our house in Keller and the buyer wanted the system inspected. We’re in Greece, an 8 hour time difference. Walker’s staff and technicians did the inspection and kept us updated all along even when we’re not around. That is how much I trust this company.

Telephoned them around Noon and technician arrived approximately 3 pm. Problem was identified almost instantly and then repaired. Also performed annual maintenance.
Professional knowledgeable well mannered Explained , answered questions Took care of my questions after a couple years of techs saying it was nothing. Explained new pricing service for annual which I might do next time if I don’t move. Will recommend highly. Ezekiel is outstanding!

I really enjoyed working with this company they were very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. They provided fast but efficient service. My furnace was fixed in 1 hour! They were very professional and kind when I was asking all kinds of questions and they answered them all. Andrew was the tech I had out to my house and he was so helpful I am going to request him each time! I used them for fixing my furnace when it went down after that last ice storm we had. I will continue to use them for any problems I have in the future. Thank you WalkerHVAC keep up the good work guys!
This company has gone down hill since Randy sold it. Had two guys come out to tell me nothing was wrong with my AC and wouldn’t get in the attic to check the ductwork. I got in my attic the next day and fixed a duct joint that was broken myself. This is not a company you want to hire for anything.
