Wow! I called in the morning when I discovered our AC wasn’t cooling. John M. was here by 1:00 like they predicted. He was friendly, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem. No upselling tactics at all! Price was reasonable and advised what to watch out for with a future potential problem. Even checked and cleaned our other outside unit. We’ll definitely use Lawrence again and request John!
Two 8 year old systems. Upstairs system blowing warm air. Lawrence Air found and quoted about 2k in repairs including a leak in the upstairs coil. Got a second quote with more repairs, all the common items on second quote were 150% more than Lawrence’s, and they wanted to replace coil. Executed the repairs with Lawrence. 2 weeks, on 3 July, later upstairs unit failed harder, I suspect due to second company’s service reps. Lawrence credited back coil portion of first repair and their quote to replace the coil was 40% less than the other company. They also recharged the system for free on 3 July to carry us through 4th Holiday.
John was friendly and knowledgeable! He came out on time, knew exactly what to do and got the job done! My ac is working so well now. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Was able to come out same day. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in an hour. Cory was great. He explained everything that was needed and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell.

The difference between this company and the 2 others I tried was that they actually looked at the problem, whereas the others didn't. Consequently they noticed a blocked drain line on top of the leak in the coil - this blocked drain line could cause me water damage down the line if I didn't get it fixed. Also he took a video of the leak in the coil so there was no question - it was leaking! It was fixed in a timely matter when it was 102 outside. The cost was 2.5x less than fort worth airs quote and 20% less than an alternate opinion. I was impressed, and I don't impress easy.
I called Lawrence Air Conditioning and Heating when my A/C stopped working, and Jonathan came out the same day to fix the problem and answered all of my questions. I've used this company twice now, and the customer service has been excellent thus far! Big THANKS to Jonathan and Lawrence AC and Heating! Highly recommend! Keep up the good work guys!

We started using Lawrence a few years ago from a friends recommendation and have had great results. When several other reputable companies failed to figure out what the problem with our AC was, Lawrence had it solved in no time and I'll never use another company again.
Heat wave caused ac to malfunction resulting in problem.. Jonathan responded within 2 hours and was able to quickly diagnosis problem with filters, drainage and freon issues. Service was timely, professional and courteous. Will use service again and recommend to everyone.

Jonathan B completed our seasonal HVAC maintenance today, as well as went over options for adding airflow to some newly opened space. He was very nice, professional, and informative. They have come out previously for A/C repair as well and we were very pleased with the service.
Cory is a consummate professional. When he came in response to our call for help, he asked if I wanted to watch as he went through his troubleshooting process. As I'm always keen to learn a bit more about all the various aspects of my house, I accepted. Cory explained each step in the troubleshooting process, showing what he was looking for, what he expected to see, and what various deviations from expectations might indicate. He was methodical and patiently answered all my questions (even the ones I asked more than once, lol). Once he completed his diagnosis, he presented various options with accompanying expectations, without resorting to a hard sell. He was genuine, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. While I have had a range of experiences from various services performed at my house, it is rare that I come away from those instances being truly impressed! If Cory is any indication of the quality of the rest of the personnel with Lawrence, you'd be a fool not to contact them.

I booked online Sunday evening (AC unit went out) and technician was at my house by 9 am. Got it up and running again. Tech answered all my questions. He was professional and friendly.
Cory B. was top notch. Called at 9am on a Saturday morning, A/C not blowing cold air. To my surprise, an actual tech answered the phone. He said he could make it by 10:30. He was at my house by 10:15am, same day, repaired and fixed out the door by 11am. Incredibly fast, thorough, no BS whatsoever. Absolutely recommend Lawrence AC, ask for Cory.
Thermostat went blank, and air conditioning shut down. Jonathan came out quickly and went into a very hot attic to restart the system. It did restart and is now working. I am very grateful.
