Found this company while browsing on our neighborhood next-door so glad I did they have very quick response are honest and resolved our issues the next day. We would recommend them to anyone needing AC service.
The service is great. Very prompt at getting the system repaired and/or replaced. The professionalism is excellent, very respectful. Had to replace my 2nd unit and automatically I called NSG again. They replaced my first unit and was very happy with the entire process. Definitely felt comfortable and confident that they know what they're doing. Thank you again. 😊

Called NSG up for a quote and they came out the same day. Would have started installation the day after except for rain. They walked me through several options with no pressure applied. The installation was done quickly and well and new systems work great! Friendly crew and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
James was great! We install the new UV light and filter system to improve our air quality for allergies, bacteria, viruses. Can't wait to experience the difference.

Very professional. Called for service at 9 am and Juan was at my house by 11:30 am in the middle of August. Upfront with the cost of the repairs that needed to take place in comparison to the cost to replace. They were here at 8 am the next day with everything needed to replace the whole thing. Ricardo and Xavier did a very clean and professional install. There wasnt even wire clippings in the grass after they cleaned up. Will definitely recommend to anyone who may need hvac work.
I called mid morning and spoke with Maria and explained my outdoor unit was not working- she got me on the schedule today. Technician James came to my rescue- had issue diagnosed in less than 5 minutes and replaced the capacitor. He was very informative and pleasant. Great customer service from beginning to end!! Definitely would recommend this company!
I e used them twice now. Once to install a new ac upstairs and now to service the downstairs after a bad contactor made it stop. They were able to schedule and come out on a Sunday to fix it (higher charge for weekend).
Our A/C went out after a lovely 109 degree day and NSG responded quickly to come out and diagnose the problem. They were able to get us fixed with parts they had on-hand (no wait time!) and had our A/C ready to roll in 15 minutes. They even showed up earlier than their predicted window, which was amazing for us since the house was creeping above 80 degrees. Will continue to recommend to others, and we’re switching our regular maintenance to NSG as well.
He was pleasant, explained & suggested things for future care. Got the job fixed promptly & was great to deal with! Will definitely use him again!

Nick, Maria, Juan, James,…all of the crew that was involved in our “our AC is out” extravaganza were spot on! My normal company I’ve used for years couldn’t get to us until 3 days later and we were recommended this company by a patient of mine and they bandaid fixed us same day/night and new install 2 days later. We were only “suffering” for a few hours instead of days. We now have a new go to HVAC company NSG Heating and Air! Great local responsive family owned business. William A and family.

Juan was right on tme. My AC went out in some of the hottest weather we've had in TX. I expected not to see anyone until later that evening. At 8:45 am, the NSG van pulls up, Juan gets out of the truck and in a few mins my AC was fixed! Juan was very polite and professional. He's an asset to the company. Marilyn Carter, Burleson
