I was having trouble with our furnace, and this company came to the rescue. They came out the same day and fixed it in no time. I appreciated that they gave me a written estimate before starting work so there were no surprises. I would recommend this company for any furnace repair!

They were able to come out within the week and install everything! Their prices were also competitive and they offer several options for financing. Overall, I had a great experience with them.

Our AC unit failed so, we called them. They were very friendly on the phone and came out the same day. My technician was very professional and friendly.

After the used car dealer had failed to fix the Aircon, I went to check it out myself. Upon arrival, the technician was able to identify the issue and set up a day and time to install a new condenser. . He was usually on time and always remained in touch.. Very knowledgeable, dependable, and pleasant to work with.

The office staff sends timely reminders about filter cleanings and so on. Prices are very reasonable, and the service folks go the extra mile to figure out any problems and come up with a cost-effective solution. Lol, the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. We had a heater issue so we contacted the home warranty company to fix it. In turn they sent up to Five Star Group. The tech came out when no one was home and performed the service. The heater still was not working after the service. He told us to call the gas company or the plumber to check other things. We called the gas company they came out and said that everything was fine but still put the biggest residential gas meter they could. The heater was still not working. So, we called the pool people back at 10 in the morning, they said they would check the tech's schedule and call us back. By 5 in the evening we still did not get a call back from them. By the way, getting a hold of them is a challenge too. Most of the time you will get the answering machine and if you leave a voice message don't expect a call back. Anyways, we called the tech's cell phone and he said that he would absolutely not come out because there is absolutely nothing he can do. He said contact the gas company, plumbers, pray or use voodoo magic but it is out of his hands. So, we went back and called his main office to say that we are pretty disappointed that we have paid them for the service but the heater is still not working and instead of coming out with the gas inflow meter to measure the amount of gas coming into the heater directly they are sending us on some wild goose chase. So, they said they will contact the same guy Jason again to see if he would be so kind to come out again and test the heater again. When I asked, when they would call us back because they weren't the most punctual people in the world. They said that they need to check the tech's schedule. I said is in it in your office (i.e. in front of you) she said. "Yes, but I have million other things to do besides this" Dear reader, don't you think that an upset customer who has already paid for the service but the issue is still not resolved should be this company's pr
