Mike is the best! Has been doing our AC for about 12 years, unfortunately we had to replace one unit, they did a great job and continue to give us great service!
Mike can the same day we called, and very quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting the needed parts, she replaced them quickly and then, at our request, examined the rest of our system to make sure everything was good. I really liked Mike. He was nice, humble, and professional. Will absolutely be using them again!

Our AC went out tonight and, from a family recommendation, we called True Blue Air. Matt answered our call immediately (even though it was past 5pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend) was able to get a technician to us right away. Brandon called to let us know he was 15 minutes away. Brandon arrived at our home in less than one hour after we called. We were so impressed with Brandon's friendliness, professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC working in far less time than we expected. By far, this was the BEST experience we have had with ANY repair company. We will absolutely recommend True Blue Air and Brandon to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company.
Mike and Matt are awesome. They're keeping my old system alive and I'll call them first when it's time to replace it. Kind, helpful, fair and very professional.
I used True Blue to install my A/C system a few years ago and everything about the install was great. Fast forward to today and I had an freak issue with the unit, called True Blue and they had a tech here within an hour and my A/C working again within a half hour of that. I very much recommend them.
2 years ago out upstairs unit had a major leak. Due to the new laws, we could no longer get it recharged and had to get a new unit. True Blue gave us a great quote compared to other companies and were completely respectful for us wanting to change to gas (we had the line for it). 2 years later we were ready to replace our downstairs unit (it was 23 years old). True Blue was the first people to come to mind. We discussed our options and what would be best for our house. The quote was once again reasonable (especially when you look at the competitors), the instal was done quickly, and like last time the team from True Blue was amazing and friendly. I will ALWAYS come back to True Blue Air Services when I need AC/Heat work done.
Mike and his team did a great job with a two system HVAC replacement. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend True Blue Air Service for any HVAC work in the future.
We just had a new Trane system installed. We were provided several options at a reasonable cost. Matt and his crew were right on time, professional, and done in about 4hrs. We highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Called True Blue Air Service for our yearly HVAC maintenance. They sent a technician our right away. The technician found a condensation problem with our unit and fixed it. He explained what happened, and how he fixed it. We could immediaetly tell a difference in our home. These guys were great and I would definetly recommend them.

We had True Blue out in the summer because our AC was constantly cutting in and out. When they arrived, the AC stopped malfunctioning (of course). They did a few tune ups since the original problem couldn't be pinpointed. Ten minutes after they left, it began shorting out again. I took a video of how the system was running and called them again to let them know the issue was still going on. They can back a short time later, I showed them the video and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. They are SO kind, honest and accommodating. It's nice and so refreshing to work with a business who truly cares about their customers!!
Been doing business with this company for a while now and each time Mike comes out I am reminded why I use true blue. Highly knowledgeable. This company is as honest as they come. His prices are fair and he's transparent about the work being done, you can tell that he genuinely wants the customer to be comfortable and not break the bank, plus the dude will just go out of his way to take care of the customer and save them money. This most recent visit, I had him do a tune up and add a supply duct and the work and service was as I expected but he wrote my bill up and I paid him and at 7pm he called me and told me that he had gone over all his bills from the day and realized that he had over charged me by 40 bucks and that he had already refunded the money to my card. I didn't catch the mistake and would have never known but that speaks volumes on the guys integrity. Takes care of "heros." Do yourself a favor and call true blue.
