The guy was kinda rude. He was trying to be funny just came across wrong. They didnt clean the leaves from inside my outside unit and thats why I called them out.
Mr. Thompson does phenomenal work and was thorough in explaining everything he did in installing our new AC. His work is impeccable and he works on the unit as if it’s for his own home.
Mr Thompson sees all knows all works quickly and is definitely a good value. What would the west side do without him and his crew? Die from the heat never fear cuz these guys are the real deal. Pros for sure? Highly highly recommend!

Came on time our heat/air had been out for sometime, we were using window unit afraid what the cost would be to have some one come out, Thompson's found the problem in few minutes was able to get our unit running again for under $100 he was our heating/air Hero
AC wasn’t working. Called, came right our and fixed the problem. Honest and fair. .
We switched to Thompsons several years ago when our heating unit went kapoot on a Friday night. (of course) They were out the next day and took care of the issue and we have been a loyal customer ever since.
Twice David has came to fix my heater. Has both times done an amazing job, he is honest and explained everything to me thoroughly. Will definitely call him again if an issue ever comes up and would recommend him 100%!!!!!

Of course, at the most inconvenient time, weatherwise, the compressor in one of my Heat Pumps - the biggest one, of course - failed. I contacted Thompson's and they responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem - a failed compressor. Given the age of the Heat Pump, I decided to replace the unit. Thompson's located a new unit, removed the old unit and installed its replacement professionally, and most importantly, quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Thompson's to anyone!

The company was recommended to me by the previous owners of my house. Thompson's had installed the current a/c unit. The tech who came wás professional, courteous and didn't try to anything above what I needed. Thank Gawd as I really, really hate that.i was very pleased with the overall experience.
