They will charge you for everything even when they don’t fix the problem they still charge you the minimum amount per their policy. However they are flexible and no appointment necessary to get your refer or APU worked on. They’re first come first served and they are fast too.
Best ThermoKing I have ever worked with. I came in to pick up a trailer and mentioned my Tri-Pak APU was not working. With no appointment or heads up on my behalf, they took my tractor right into the shop. They replaced the fuel pump, alternator and did an oil change. In and out within 4 hours!! OMG GREAT SERVICE!!! The receptionist is one nice, friendly and professional lady. The service tech who did the work was awesome, a go-getter type and very motivated. What a fantastic team this TK has. Good job everyone and THANK YOU!! It will be a pleasure to work with y'all in the future.
Got here with no appt, checked in and immediately got into a door. The very knowledgeable lady at the front was fun and very helpful. Call her before you buy a refeer, she can help you.

Absolutely awesome service on my APU. Had a fault code and tech found broken starter wire very quickly finished up the PM service quicker than anyone ever has. Office personnel and techs were extremely polite and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this dealer to anyone including my best friend. I was very satisfied with my visit here as well as my invoice total.
Hi Thermo king I was here for my trailer 2021 they gonna swap the unit and I did request for oil change to and wherever the mechanic who was change oil, he didn't do his job proper. There was oil all over so I pointed to the lady. She was work at the front desk, and I get out mechanic did see an mechanic told me yeah I didn't do oil change but whatever who did it he should clean his mess when I went to the lady she was rude at the front desk and I told her can you please send someone they can clean the oil she told me she's going to charge me for pressure wash and I said no you guys did oil change you should clean she told me no and I was trying to explain the lady. She was really rude and she was telling me I'm done I'm not gonna talk to you, when I explain the mechanic mechanic dude told me yes he should clean his mess the mechanic and they did charge me I don't know how much but I know the price they did charge me $3365.50 that's not a good customer service I there was more mess but the manager was showed up next day and he did wash clean copper that picture was for second time

I delivery a new trailer the process is easy just show up 9-4 and check it at service department and the check trailer and in 10 minutes u get in and out great place to do a delivery
Bad experience they fix my trailer one week and not fixed right. And lost another week to repair

That guy that runs the parts desk is incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to explain the parts to me and gave me a diagram to take with me. One of the parts I was needing was in back order and he told me I could call around to see if any other locations had it. Definitely recommend this location
