We replaced a whole set of HVAC system last month. Miles was really good at communicating, responsive and meticulous, and the team followed up very well. So I trusted them. On the day of the installation, Brent and Seth were at my house at 6am and they did a flawless and clean installation with no issues. This team is highly competitive in terms of professionalism, price, and quality, and is trustworthy. Highly recommended！
Cold water supply line needed to be replaced, tech asked if I wanted him to fix both; Austin arrived within timeframe, stayed, made adjustments, replaced fairing, and monitored the repair until certain that there was no leaking … I highly recommend Team Enoch!!
For book keeping purposes I asked Enoch for an updated invoice to show just services provided and not recommendations. I was told I’d receive a separate report and invoice for services completed. Putting recommendations next to completed services, all marked PAID on a receipt is messy and could be misleading so I simply wanted an accurate invoice. Their HVAC supervisor? Steven immediately accused me of wanting to alter their findings or worse. Then when I told him Enoch’s tech attempted to put coolant in a unit I had just explained to him was recently filled, he hung up. For such a paragon of moral integrity Steven was certainly defensive. And for him to jump to such an outrageous conclusion for such a basic request might suggest a guilty conscience or at the very least an alarmingly low IQ. Avoid this company.
The team was so understanding and responsive for my air conditioning going sown on a Friday evening. They had the unit fixed so fast. Will definitely be my first call for hvac going forward. Thanks rick for the quick repair and explaining what was wrong.
Team Enoch is truly amazing. Juan, Jose, Sebastian were so professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone replacing their HVAC unit.
We were so pleased with our HVAC installation by Team Enoch. They were so helpful and communicated well. They went above and beyond by letting us use a portable a/c while waiting to have our unit installed. The crew was professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again for any repairs and recommend them to family and friends!
I can't say enough about this company , very professional, honest, did not try to over charge me like the 10 different companies I received quotes from, their pricing was marginally better than others and provided excellent service. The installation crew that came this past week was amazing, professional , efficient , polite and most importantly clean and organized. They answered all my questions explained the dos and don't for me, I highly recommend this company, don't be fooled by the upsell of other companies , Team Enoch will give you the same things plus alot more for a more affordable price using the same equipment other companies are trying to upsell you.
I’ll begin with day one . My AC unit was no longer working and I called Enoch and a tech was available the same day and very flexible with the time . He was very professional and honest . I spoke with someone the same day (Maybe the owner ?) and was loaned portable AC’s (three ) that were practically brand new and kept them over 5 days until installation of a new AC unit. Today Antonio Ham and Seth came on time (7am) and left after 5 pm ! Very polite and stayed until they were sure that the AC worked correctly . This company doesn’t misdiagnose for extra money or try to over charge . You get what you pay for . 5 stars was the limit but they’re worth way more .
I really really really wanted to give these guys 5 stars. It was 5 star experience all the way up until the end (initial engagement and response was swift, service techs were exceptional) but when I was hit with another 500$ fee for installing hot water tanks when I was promised my bill would be a certain price “all in” and I have text message proof, I was disappointed. I was told we could split the amount to “keep the peace” as they put it, but the more professional thing to do would be to disclose the additional costs up front. In any event, i paid the additional 250, and I would use them again as I found them (for the most part) to be better than some of the other big name companies. But I would recommend them mentioning that you may have an additional 5-10% on your bill for miscellaneous install issues (even though my two tanks were plug and play…)
I wanted to say Thanks to Miles and Team Enoch for your exceptional service on the 2 installations your guys did today. Jose O, Juan M, Juan P, Danny D and Bryan M were all professional and exceptional. You should be very proud of how they represented your Company. I have told my whole family and will tell my friends that Team Enoch is playing on an entirely different level from 99%+ of service providers. My wife and I constantly have to discuss how service providers are difficult to deal with, don’t show up, change the deal, slow to respond, high friction, etc.. etc… Team Enoch under promises and over delivers. That is very refreshing for me and my wife. Btw, Patsy was more than impressed also, so Thank you for another great installation and service. Please don’t hesitate to list me a solid reference. You have a loyal customer, champion and promoter. As you know, Best advertising you can get!

Ricky is by far an exceptional salesman. Honorable, honest, and straight forward. The entire Enoch Hvac team were very professional. They installed new outside and insides units within 8 hour. Great satisfaction.
Installed a Tesla Wall charger for me. They did a fantastic job! 60amp breaker with 6ga wire as called for by Tesla. They are even now certified by Tesla. After installing it they went though the setup process and helped out tremendously! I highly recommend them.

I have used Team Enoch for Tankless water heater installation replacing 2 tanks. The owner Mr. Miles is extremely Customer focused and provided 7 star service. The crew was extremely professional, did a great job and cleaned the work site. I definitely would recommend Team Enoch and would definitely use their service in future.
Great service, recommend using these guys for a Tesla wall charger install. They were the cheapest and most knowledge, install when smoothly, trust me and use this business!
