After having the new AC for 6 months, I have to change my review because they can't figure outmy issue with the AC unit. Our thermostat is set at 72 degrees but climbs to 78 during the heat of the day. They are unable to find the issue. Which is weird as they installed it. They have been good with promptly coming out to visit, but were unable to find out the issue. They did however help when I manged to mess something up and were happy to charge me. Still have issue on extremely hot days. I guess we will just have to manage. Good install price 👍
Great Service, priced the rest, even with multiple price decreases, others still couldn't meet Enoch's price. Team was here at 545AM on install date and had 2 full split AC/Furnace systems replaced by 1 PM. Professional, friendly, clean and knowledgeable; I would recommend.
Memo, Ivan and Edgar were very courteous, thorough and professional. The wore shoe covers and laid down floor covering. They did a great job cleaning up after the job!
Our AC stopped working in the spring. We had been working with another company for years, but after they repaired it, it quit working again 3 weeks later. The quote they gave us to replace the unit was astronomical. Team Enoch was recommended to me by a friend and between 3 different bids, they came in at the lowest price (over $10,000 cheaper than the first company). I first called at 1:00 on a Thursday and by 2:30 the same day, they had a technician at our house. The owner, Miles, contacted me directly the next morning to go over my options. Their crew - Memo, Edgar and Stephen - arrived the following Thursday to replace our system. They worked diligently all day (6:30-4:40) and by the end of the day, we were up and running with a beautiful new heat pump system. They replaced some old ductwork that had been leaking and added a new return vent. They put everything back the way it had been, including reinstalling our attic tent that had been taken down when they removed the attic door. They were all friendly and professional but Memo was especially helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions, and even tested and adjusted all the vents in the house to make sure we were getting a comfortable amount of airflow in each room. Team Enoch did a great job from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and responsive. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

I consider myself a basic DIY guy around the home. But there are some things that it’s better to call a professional for. I took a chance, since I don’t have a contractor and any special that I’ve worked with frequently. I’m so happy I chose ENOCH, the price is better than some freelancers. They send a license accountable, professional, on time to not only give you advice, but to solve your issue. Couldn’t be happier
I had a great experience with my heat pump replacement by Team Enoch. I was headed out of town when my HVAC split system went kaput. Of the 5 different reputable HVAC companies I requested bids from, Team Enoch had the lowest bid. Their 3 heat pump options were just right - i.e. efficient enough to meet the Energy Star requirements for a Federal Tax Credit and Oncor rebate (Texas), but not over-the-top efficient with long payback time (special thanks to Amanda for the info she sent about my tax credit questions). The unit options were Goodman, Daikin, and American Standard - all are quality units. I went with Goodman because it had the quickest return on investment. I confirmed contract with them on a Sunday and scheduled the install for Wednesday. Seth and Guillermo aka Memo were the installers. They were easy to talk to and seem like pretty cool guys. One of my cats especially liked them. The two items that popped up as extras were the thermostat wiring and the circuit breakers. Seth agreed to install the required circuit breakers for free if I would go purchase them. I paid them to run an additional thermostat wire because the heat pump requires an additional signal for the reversing valve. Their wire and pipe work looks very clean and organized. Nice job gents! The only recommendation I have for TE is to give customers advance notice of commonly encountered change orders like swapping circuit breakers and running thermostat wire. You could also ask for optional pictures of the thermostat and circuit breaker panel to catch those items earlier. I imagine those are fairly common. Overall I’m very happy with the quality and value from Team Enoch and will definitely be requesting bids from them for future jobs.
Very professional and very quick response time with my estimate. Very thorough with explanation of what would be done. The two installers were on time and did a fantastic job cleaned up after themselves and finished in the time they said they would. I will definitely use Team Enoch again for any repairs or new installs. They do it all and their employees are well trained.
All around wonderful team and operation. Had an Tesla wall connector installed in less than 3 hours. Efficient and thorough service. Thank you all!
Enoch did an excellent job replacing the entire HVAC system in our home. Jose and Memo and all the rest did good work and took good care of the house.
My dog chewed my AC wire 😑 they came and fixed it so fast. They didn't lie and make me pay extra by saying something else was wrong. They also came within a couple hours and it ended up being a very hot day. I was so worried this was going to cost a lot but it was less then $100. I am so very happy that I picked them to do the work, and the guys were so great. I will use them again if the need arises.

I was impressed by how smooth and easy it was working with Team Enoch for my new AC. They really know what they are doing and it made for a hassle-free experience. Plus, they are tied in with Oncor's energy efficiency incentive program which gives you further savings on top of their already good prices. Don't sleep on those incentives, it's real savings off the cost of a new AC system. No other company I got quotes from offered that, so it definitely sealed the deal for me.
I truly couldn't be happier with the service I received. Best price in town, and I did my do diligence to find the best company/prices possible. I requested that the technicians wear shoe covers, but they went a step further by placing thick nonskid drop clothes from the attic entrance all the way to my front door. The whole process was quick and efficient, with everyone being respectful. It was a very nice experience. We'll definitely be using them in the future. Enoch delivered a great experience overall. This is the first electrician I’ve seen sweep and clean after a job, and ensure that they kept me in the loop on everything. The install was smooth and the electrician shared knowledge about the installation and best location to place the charger. I will never hesitate to call Enoch for any electrical needs.

I Had a generator interlock system and outdoor plug for a power generator installed. The Technician arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He took time to explain everything and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely use this business again in the future. It was a very positive experience working with the Enoch electrical department.
