Jeremy and Austin are absolutely amazing. We had to purchase two new units which is quite the investment and we wouldn't have made it through without Jeremy. He was honest with his recommendations and worked above and beyond to try to bandaid our old ones. Once they were installed, both Jeremy and Austin made sure everything was good and Camilla has even called to make sure we were cool and everything was good. We will definitely be sticking with Strickland for our A/C and Heat needs!

I felt that our technician was very trustworthy. We didn't have a problem when I thought we did.
From the moment I spoke with Camila R., her customer service skills, professionalism and you could feel her smile through the call. Extremely through and detailed at each turn. It sealed the deal for us when Jeremy came to theproperty and spoke with us. Again, knowledgeable, personable and patient. I said no to another company in Weatherford because of the lack of caring on the phone and no follow up whatsoever. I am confident the install will be excellent as their service!

We had a leak in our AC unit and called in the morning and they were able to get to us the same day. Austin was great, he and his partner spent time to figure out the issue and explain it to us while fixing our problem. Highly recommend!
Their tech Austin is amazing! Not only does he do quality work but he has impeccable customer service and a positive attitude. He was very informative and kept us up to date during the repair. Would highly recommend Strickland Heat & Air.
Jeremy was super responsive and kept me informed continuously until the technician arrived and he came earlier than promised. Austin (the technician) was super patient as he went through multiple things and clearly explained what was wrong with our a/c system and provided the much needed clarity on the pricing before starting the work. Austin fixed the issue and even took my call 30 min later and patiently answered all my questions. I am super impressed with Austin’s professionalism and because of him, I signed up for their annual maintenance too. I would highly recommend Strickland to anyone who has a HVAC emergency or installations.

I was informed before any work was started of what the process, checklist, procedures, diagnostic of the HVAC system would be, also what parts may need to be repaired or replaced, and what the cost would be before any part was replaced, and I would have to approve the price for said parts before they were replaced. Jeremy was vary professional and polite. I had already tested what I thought was the main problem, but there may have other issues that were there as well, when I was told what the price of the part to be replaced was, I already knew as it tested bad when I tested it myself the day before I just didn't have it on hand, I had replaced others before myself and solved the issue on other units. I stated that he could stop there and not proceed any further. I know the price for the same part that can be purchased locally, by anyone, as I have done before but there may be other issues to complete the fix/repair. I decided that the price offered was not ANYWHERE close to what I would pay for the same. I also know there could be other parts/ issues with my system that may need attention but decided not to proceed. I visited with him, stated my reasons and he was 110% professional. I paid for the service call which was fair, but was $40 more than the price for the part itself would be. granted I stand by that there may be other problems, I could not justify proceeding. Otherwise I am very satisfied with everything and would probably call and/or recommend Strickland Heat and Air. Jeremy was great and understood. I have means to pay, but others may not be as fortunate. Thank you Strickland Heat and Air, and also your service Tech. Jeremy!
Strickland Heating and Air is a great Company. Very professional people. I love my new unit. They set up maintenance work to check on the unit every year. They check on the unit inside your home to make sure your filter is clean. We passed, lol. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!

Jeremy and Austin did a great job explaining what needed to be done and I was charged a fair price for the repair.
I have been very happy and appreciative of the work Strickland Heating and Air has provided. Last summer they installed my MIL new AC unit and did a great job. They were upfront about the pros and cons of options. Recently my AC unit was not cooling properly. They located the issue and repaired the problem in a timely manner. They even checked to see if the part I needed was still under warranty, which is was, saving me 1,000s of dollars. I will certainly call them again and recommend them to others that need service !
I would highly recommend Strickland Heating and Air to any and everyone! I received professional and friendly customer service from start (receptionist) to Jeremy, the technician who came out to perform the needed repairs. I will definitely be using them again in the future as my preferred HVAC company.
Jeremy and his team are the best around! Spends additional time explaining and going over repairs and/or costs. Very responsive! The only HVAC company I will ever trust.
