10/10 experience! Carlos, Clint, and Charles were very helpful in completing my issues in a fast and timely manner. They are very personable friendly people. The prices are GREAT and worth every penny. If I need a plumber in the future, Carlos will definitely be highly thought of in the future!
Terrible communication on dispatches behalf. Waited till 10 minutes before appointment to let me know that they would not be able to perform work. After I told them extensively what the scope of work was. Dispatch really needs to have better communication. Totally unacceptable especially for commercial work.
David and Oscar were knowledge , professional and very courteous. They explained what they were going to do before they did it and after they were finished. They were a pleasure to work with B Myers

David Calles and Marcel came out and did a fabulous job on the review and Maintiance. Price was great and this is something everyone should think about doing. They are also going to get me a bid on upgrading my Thermostat to one I can program schedules into remotely. I’ve had that before at my last home and it was worth it.
Jose Olivari and Oscar came to my home today to repair my air conditioner and I could not be more grateful or pleased. They were simply amazing - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Since my first interaction with Stark this morning the entire team has exceeded my expectations! We got our plumbing service done by Brandon Hines from Stark and would highly recommend him. Did a great job and very professional and resolved our issue quickly.
Ray and Yajary were the two AC technicians who installed my new unit. They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in getting the job done right. They took the time to cleanup after the work was completed and explained how the new system worked including the warranty information. Starks should be grateful to have the two of them on their staff.

Joe and David were both awesome they got me going even though they didn't have all the parts necessary that they got me going temporary till they could return and that was greatly appreciated
Stark Air is a life saver. When no other companies answered the phones on a Saturday night they did. David and Joe came out first thing the next morning and fix my A/C in a very short time. Thank you for a great job!

David Calles and the crews Stark Services sent out were professional, tidy, and helpful. They 1) performed the 6-month HVAC checkup and 2) cleaned the ducts and grilles, installed UV light system, replaced the capacitor. Thank you all for your hard work!

David and Rodrick they arrived on time and listened to my concerns. Then, quickly found the problems and fixed them fast. Both gentlemen were professional and explained what they did to fix the problem.
Kai was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and on time. Kai was also very detailed and explained to us what needed to be done. I highly recommend him as a good technician and if anything else breaks in my house I would most definitely want Kai to come back and take care of our problem !!!
Technician Jason was more than punctual, and performed the coil cleaning and filter replacement in a timely manner. He is also friendly and good with pets. Definitely received fine service. An additional visit from Krystal and Jason months later was also very pleasant. It was a simple tuneup/checkup on the A/C unit, but they handled it quickly and without hassle. We also have numerous kittens in the house, and both interacted very well with them. They were polite and personable, and gave us an overall very pleasant experience that makes us want to continue using Stark Services.

Carlos and Victor were amazing! I called the number and got Victor to come out the same day and address the problem. Carlos was very thorough in explaining how the new system worked. Very professional and very quick. Definitely recommend!
