Just called with a quick question so my husband could try to do the repairs himself. I received a very professional and helpful response. Not pushy at all about them coming out to do the work for us. The gentleman even told me exactly where I could go to get supplies needed. Loved it!

Went on ANGI and asked for help and they were the first to respond. Super fast excellent service. Came out on a blistering hot day to fix my A/C. Dog friendly repairman Josh. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an "old time", "small town" experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, "wholesome", "warm", and "trustworthy" come to mind.

Mike Russell is most EXCELLENT!!! He reconstructed two bathrooms, ran pipe underground, all the way up to the new faucets, showers and bathtub install! Thanks Mike T&C!

Brian came in courteous and professional assessed the situation and fixed it. I was very pleased.
My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything. In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Had great service getting my gas line hook up updated so my new stove could sit further back in my kitchen. Folks are super nice, really experienced and honest. 10/10 recommend.
Repair is leaking and requested replacement of flapper was not done and discovered after they left.
They scheduled us the day we called, then found they could get there earlier. Brian was courteous, assessed the problem, & saved us a lot of money by repairing the unit rather than replacing the whole thing! Thank you Russell Plumbing!!!!
They gave me a great price and stuck to it even when the job took a little longer and other problems were found. I will never look for another plumber again as long as they are around

The most important thing I have to say is that this company is very honest. The job was under bid but they kept the same price. There's not too many companies out there that are this honest. They did a great job and I will use them again and tell all my friends.
