The definition of excellent service. Sometimes I call with an issue, and they help me diagnose over the phone. If I can figure it out (e.g. circuit breaker or defrost needed) then no charge. When they do come out, always friendly and will share advice on maintenance. Very reasonable prices.
Don came out to my house to replace copper lines that got stolen and restock the unit, and then make sure it was cooling and heating properly. He was fantastic! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues you might have!

Had them fix a leak in my heat pump unit. Diagnosis, quotes and scheduling was a total breeze. They are very professional, honest and have very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend them enough!
Rhinefort is amazing! I called on a Friday afternoon after two weeks of trying to figure out what was going on with our heat and breaker. The gentleman came out a few hours later after I called. He got our heater fixed in no time! Our breaker in the attic had melted and he said we were lucky it didn't cause a house fire. He took care of it all and it was so great to have heat back in our house. Amazing part was that it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I am so impressed with their customer service. I will be keeping their number close for the future!
Prompt and professional service when our AC went out on a 100-degree day. Andy is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He made room for us in his busy schedule on the same day we called, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed our AC quickly for a very reasonable cost. A true professional. Very pleased with Rhinefort and will continue to use their services.
