I went for their ac tune package. The guy came and hose the outside unit down..i asked him some technical questions he had 0 knowledge. i asked why my air handler unit in bathroom is dripping too much, then he realized he forgot to clean the drain pan for the inside unit which he charge me $150 extra to clean it which was like 2 min job. he left a big mess in my bathroom and left the pvc to drain untied. I do not recommend this to anyone. i paid 200 for this low standard service which anyone can do at their home watching YouTube videos. pathetic.
Had this company come to check out my air conditioner unit. They fixed me up,the young man technician was very friendly and helpful.
My AC has been off for several months and this company took over from the old company that andstalled the AC where we couldn't get ahold of the old company this company contacted and within the hour they came out in service to and repaired my AC
Knowledgeable and friendly, but very high priced. Be sure to shop around. The cheapest initial option they offered was twice as much as the 5.0 star company that I went with. They have also changed their company name recently from Temperature Pro, and many of their recent reviews are from restricted accounts with few reviews. Seems fishy.
My air conditioner didn't work for a few months. I found a technician from other company to take a look, he just came to took pictures and said it had to be replaced. Bryan came today to check my air conditioner. To my surprise, he diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it by replacing a new thermostat which saved me a lot of money to replace it. Bryan is very professional, patient consultant and care about the customer's concerns, go extra miles to achieve the satisfaction of the customer. Definitely, TemperaturePro is one of the best Companys I have ever seen before, I would like to recommend to my friends for their services.
Javier came to our house as our ac unit went out . Javier was very efficient and time sensitive . He came and diagnosed the problem and fixed in an instant . The best thing was he was an honest person that gave me a true assessment of the problem and did not try to take advantage of the situation . I was thoroughly impressed and will call Javier again and send to my friend . Five stars
These guys replaced my AC unit and they did a fantastic job. First of all, one of the owners, Morgan, came with the crew to make sure they ordered all the right parts for the install. The owner suggested a better AC unit for my situation (a slimline unit), which worked out much better than what I had originally discussed with the other owner, The crew was very polite and mindful of my property. They all seemed like great guys. They did an outstanding job of keeping my property neat and clean.I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Plus, they were the least expensive of all the quotes I received. Definitely got my money's worth!
I had a great experience with TemperaturePro. They truly are great at what they do and go above and beyond. My AC went out and was not working in the middle of a heat wave of 100 degree weather. Morgan came and trouble shooted my AC unit, furnace and thermostat. He inspected everything and fixed the problem. I used TemperaturePro for duct cleaning and filter services. The crew was punctual, extremely kind and professional and was very neat, clean and worked fast. They noticed all my vents were on backwards in the house so they took the time to fix all of them and open the vents so I could feel the air better. I would highly recommend TemperaturePro any HVAC services, great prices, great customer service, and overall a great experience.
I had Morgan, Bryan, & Javier come out to my house to fix some wiring on my fix/repair air conditioning units.. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the work fast and complete! Couldn't ask for better service!
I recommend TemperaturePro Arlington in repairing air conditioning units, replace air conditioning systems, do tune ups for new air conditioning units and fix and replace air ducts. Javier is a great technician 10/10 recommend . I always get amazing customer service from Javier whenever I have a question or concern.

My commercial AC unit stopped working. I was able to get an appointment within a day. Morgan came in and was able to troubleshoot the problem and temporarily fix it. Then he came back with parts and permanently fix the issue. The whole process was well documented - with photos, etc. Every step was explained and all questions were answered.
