Our air conditioner went out over the holiday weekend (!!!) and the first several companies we called could not come out for several days even though it is summer in Texas, and we needed it diagnosed much sooner. We called Prestige Air and got Nick on the phone immediately. He had us scheduled within several hours, and Brent came out & took a look. Turns out we were very lucky to just have had a part go out, which Brent had on the truck. He explained everything very clearly, gave options and got us back up and running so quickly. Thank you Prestige for your super quick response time - you saved our holiday weekend. We will recommend you and definitely call again when we need future assistance! Highly recommended company!!

Nick kept in touch with me from the very beginning, from scheduling to arrival. Then he was early! Yes, EARLY!! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it and gave me my repair options. We have used Prestige Air multiple times. They are the best! Nick is always professional and on time. He answers any questions you might have with a very quick response time. He gives an honest opinion, options to remedy it and great prices. We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
I cant give Brett enough praise. He was extremely professional with the entire process. He explained my AC situation in such a way that Im more in tune and educated on why my AC issue began in the first place! Nicholas was also very professional in giving a realistic expectation of arrival for Brett and my AC was fixed in a matter of minutes. Nicholas, the owner, came and was very professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough check on each of my AC units and explained what he was looking for. He didn’t mind me hovering over what he was doing, in fact, he preferred me, the customer, to be there to witness his work. I fully trusted his work and knowledge and will be having him come in the future for any HVAC needs I have. Nicholas was more knowledgeable than any other technician I’ve dealt with. When I chose Prestige I couldn't figure out the 5 star rating from all the reviews, didn't think it was right. Now I know, Prestige is a Five Star business, sales, installation, and customer service. Great experience.
Nick was extremely professional and went out of the way to walk me through self troubleshooting steps before he showed up at my house. Once he showed up, it took him less than a minute to diagnose the problem. Speaks volumes about the level of expertise he possesses. His first goal is to ensure customers are satisfied and he accomplished his goal very easily
I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.

We have a 3 year old daughter, so we needed the Heater to work as soon as possible. You immediately came out (I. less than 20 minutes) to assist, even on a Saturday. Second time they have cone out to different issues with my old unit. First time was the cool side, this time it was the furnace. Very knowledgeable and answered all the tech questions I had. They arrived right on time and we're very fast. A+ service and will use them again.
Brett, Did my yearly furnace inspection and a very nice guy and explained everything very well. I really appreciate it! This is a great company to do yearly inspections and repairs. Very reasonably priced when they saved us on Friday 5pm when our AC van motor went out during August and No one else could do it then. They came out and had us up within the hour!! I've even called Sunday night and been helped over phone to get through until next morning when they came out and fixed. I would highly recommend Prestige Air!!
