He had finished the job perfectly. Sheet rock was installed and leaking was stopped at this time.
Josh was great came out diagnosed the issue and since our unit was under warranty we went through them for warranty work Thank you for coming out !!!
I am a transplant patient and I don't do well with the heat. Therefore, the air conditioning always goes out after 5:00 p.m. Josh arrived in good time. He diagnosed the problems quickly. He made the repairs quickly and was a pleasure to have in the house.
Our experience with One hour air was courteous, and professional and very timely. Our unit broke on Fourth of July!! One hour air responded and was on site by 930 am on a holiday. Our entire system was replaced and working by 230 pm the following day. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and values concerning my family and our needs. Thanks so much
Absolutely amazing job. I had Spencer as my tech. This guy was extremely knowledgeable professional and proficient. It was 90° in my house and it felt like was I was melting. One hour air saved the day it was the 4th of July an between the time I called and Spencer showed up was about 2hrs. On the 4th of July they assigned me a tech (he was finishing another job first) and still got here in 2hrs. For the process to happen that quickly on a holiday blew me away. One hour air conditioning will forever have my business.
Uriel was great! Very helpful and informative. Our unit went out and they came out rather quickly on the holiday in 100+ degrees out. Thank you for saving the day!!!
The only positive was the quick response time and showed up super quick on a sunday. 79 dollar service fee is reasonable but 394 dollars for a 30 dollar capacitor and literally 2 minutes of labor. No thanks. Will not be calling again.

Dane with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating was the perfect choice for my needs. He arrived on time, communicated before during and after the service and did a complete and thorough job of inspecting, recommending and explaining all the items he discovered. Additionally, he was able to provide a clear description of what each of the components in the system did and how to make them work their best. I never felt pressured or rushed and Dane was very patient and knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use them again, but also recommend them.
Dane was great! Prompt, engaging, was so kind with my hyper puppy. Explained everything well and easily with great insights as to my next steps to keep my house cool. Highly recommend as he'll shoot it straight.
Michael Conner with One Hour AC and Heating did a great job. He not only resolved my issue, but was very informative about every step and told me things that I can do to improve the system performance. All while taking multiple calls from less experienced techs and answered their question. This guy was amazing.

Bryce was professional and friendly. Did the work needed to get me up and cooling again. Also explained options for future upgrades when needed. Factual, not pressuring. Also quick, which I appreciate.
Despite a couple of hiccups with our new product's initial installation, One Hour Air responded immediately to all of our concerns and got the job completed to our satisfaction. It took Yoany less than 10 minutes to detect the problem and less than an hour to complete the work. All of the technicians we encountered were very respectful, informative and courteous. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris. Thanks!

Spencer at Onehour was great! Super nice, patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! My house is now cool and I feel happy and comfortable with the work he did! He also informed me that a hard start kit would help a lot too! My AC is already noticeably quieter and my house is a lot cool! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

Installed all new heat an air a year ago. Never received copy of warranty or what equipment was installed. A year later was told 10 warranty is void if I don’t have them come inspect it twice a year. First I’ve heard that, and it’s been over a year. Technician was polite and efficient. Have had no problems with anything. Except warranty issue?!?!
Mr. Jorgensen is a true professional, providing sound subject matter counsel on the best decision. Spending money on a new unit might not be feasible, and Mr. Jorgensen gave us the right info for us to make a decision. Individuals like Mr. Jorgensen is why we keep 1-Hour Heating & Air as our go to. Thank you!
Leslie is the rudest ugliest attitude female! She does NOT need to be in customer care !! They have caused THOUSANDS of dollars to fix what they broke!! BBB will be notified, they flooded my home and didn't fix it still 14k,the LESLIE says "I think you just don't want to pay".. THIS WILL COST THEM!!!
