One of our aging A/C units was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I wasn't comfortable with the first company I called to diagnosis the problem. The technician didn't clearly explain the issue and quoted me a very high price for a new unit that was of lesser quality than what I had. The entire experience left me very uncomfortable. I did some online research and found that North Tarrant H&A had many very complementary reviews. I called to get a second opinion. The rep that visited us, Brian, diagnosed the issue, provided options and we agreed a replacement unit was our best option. He quoted a very fair price for a product of better quality than what I had. The crew that arrived to do the work was polite and professional, and showed up on time. They were lead by Paul, under Ben's supervision, and performed a quality installation. Both Ben and Paul went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work and that the new A/C unit was performing perfectly, before leaving. At some point my other A/C unit is going to need replacement and I will call North Tarrant H&A to do the work, without hestitation.

Absolutely first rate installation of several HVAC systems in several properties I own. The employees are courteous and friendly. The details of running freon lines, electrical connections, and component installation show a high level of care and knowledge that give me confidence I have selected a professionally run company. And I much appreciate the crew leaves no trace they have been there when the finish.
Great service, just an A/C inspection however all was well. The Tech was a-OK, well trained, and very knowledgeable.
Very pleased with the A/C repair. Same day response an repair. Technicians were very friendly pleasant and professional. Got the A/C motor replaced. They had the replacement part. Definitely will recommend Tarrant Heat and Air LLC.

The A/C blower fan locked up and it was North Tarrant Heat & Air to the rescue. We were cooking in there until Paul & Chris showed up and worked their magic. Good job North Tarrant Heat & Air!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from first phone call to final install! Highly recommended! Chris and everyone on his crew is first rate. I called last fall for an estimate to replace 3 a/c and heat systems with higher efficiency 2-stage systems. Their price was the middle of the three companies I called. But no hard sell or up-sell. I chose not to replace them at the time since all 3 systems were still working, however I decided to use Chris when the time came based on meeting him, their customer reviews, and a recommendation from Nick of Platinum Plumbing (who is also great!). Three weeks ago one my systems came apart. I called on Sunday morning just to get on the call-back list. Surprisingly Chris called back a couple hours later. Ben arrived about 8:00 on Monday morning. On Friday the same week they replaced the one system. They did such outstanding work I decided to replace the other two now. Despite that this is the busiest time of year they accommodated my schedule both times and came exactly the days I wanted. Everyone on the install crew was incredibly nice and respectful, and they did a superior job with installation. It is obvious each person takes pride in their work. They listened to my concerns and questions and accommodated my every request including a last minute request to replace some ducts. Overall I could not be happier. Replacing heat and a/c systems is not cheap, and you can buy them from a lot of companies. I am willing to pay for quality and good customer service. They went over an above my expectations. Choose North Tarrant Heat and A/C and you will not go wrong!

These guys were incredible! When they came & checked my broken HVAC, they gave me multiple options instead of just buying a whole new system. We ended up buying a new system (ours was beyond hanging by a thread) & they came quickly & got the job done so quick! 10/10 recommend!
