Shawn with Mr. Plumber was awesome to work with! They are a very respectful and professional company and Shawn was great to work with. They are very responsive and quick to help. Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. We had a small leak and a defective part (not on their side) and they were so helpful and quick to come and repair and replace what needed to be done! Highly recommend them!
Kenneth and Kevin did a great job replacing 6 water valves in my home. A fair price and professional service. I've found my plumber for any future needs.
These gentlemen have taken good care of me. They installed a new water line without damaging the driveway it ran under. They even had a spare element on hand for my water heater. When they unclogged my sewer and caused some extra incidental damage, they didn't charge me to come out and fix it.
I asked Sanders Plumbing to come out to provide a quote to replace the main line from my house to the water meter as well as a quote to fix a small leak at the meter. I was required to pay a service fee of $89 simply to receive a quote so that I "didn't shop around too much". I was NOT told about this in advance and had refused to have a plumber from a different company out to provide a quote because they were charging a $40 service fee. Had I known Sanders would charge a service fee, I would not have requested a quote from them. Additionally, the plumber who came out wanted to consult with the master plumber before providing a quote on the replacement and left without providing the quote I had requested and paid an $89 service fee for. To date, I have still not received that quote, despite following up about the quote with Sanders.

Klee and his co worker did a great job diagnosing my tankless water heater issue, getting it back working and explaining what was causing it. Would recommend/will call them for my next issue.

Third time our Church has used Sanders Plumbing for a big job. This time had a major leak in a long run underground water main to one of our buildings. Phil Sanders (owner) worked closely with us to find best and still economical way to get the big job done. Went above and beyond making sure that we would have method to trace piping in future as needed. Always friendly and helpful on phone. On-site workers always great to work with. This time a race against cold weather and they came through for us!
Called and spoke to Phillip regarding an issue with our tankless hot water heater. Phillip walked me through the issue and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was absolutely right and we were able to get our hot water running soon after. I have never used this company before but with the professionalism and expertise provided by Phillip we will absolutely call them for our plumbing needs again. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
My shower drain and toilet drain was stopped up. I called them around 9:30 am, told them it was a non emergency, they said they would send John out soon and he arrived around 10:45 am. He and his helper finished up at 1:pm. It was a hard blockage. While he was working on the blockage, I told him I was thinking about having a new toilet installed. He said I could save a service call if they did it while they were here this time. I picked one up and got it back to the house just as they finished clearing the blockage. They got that installed, and everything is working fine now. John and his assistant were both very professional, they followed Covid safety procedures, and the price was very reasonable.
Kenneth and Zee really know their stuff. They got on the problem and were thorough in determining the cause. They worked efficiently and the job was done quickly.
Kenneth Sanders was professional & informative about city code & my safety about how old my flue was from the water heater and how it was going to be replaced. He did a great job, made the area presentable & clean up the mess he made. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend this company.
A crew came out to replace an outdoor water spigot, they were fantastic! Called to schedule a quote, they came out the same day, gave a quote and fixed it the next morning. Jon was great as was his partner, great experience, I’ll definitely be using them again.
I have appreciated their customer service orientation and their promptness. They also actually know what they're doing!...not that common. I've used them twice.

Last week Sanders performed the annual service on my Navien tankless water heater. They technician was on time and did a great job, for a reasonable price. I asked a few questions during the service and the tech answered them. I will gladly use Sanders again for any plumbing issues I have in my home.
