The technician Chase just left my house. Fixed my A/C problem perfectly and on a timely manner. He was on time, and very professional. Alejandra was also great, she was helpful and quick to schedule me for my appt! Call Matco for your next A/C or heat repair!
I have lived in my brand new house 1 month. My AC is out. I scheduled an appointment as someone has to be home. I took off work only for them to not show up or give an ETA and now the office is closed and I can’t reach anyone. Not even the tech. My AC is still out and I’m not a priority even though this is a brand new unit they installed. This company is horrible.
The tech was polite and thorough. Fair pricing and friendly office staff. Highly recommend
Tony is the man! Got me up and running in no time. Heaters run hot, fans blow hard, AC is like a fridge. Great company!
I would highly recommend Matco Heat and Air for you HVAC needs. We needed our evaporator replaced in our home and they were very timely and professional. They were also fair priced. I truly feel they were the right choice for our needs.
Always on top of ac and heating problems
This company installed my ac units on my new house and I had problems with my ac not working correctly and they came out and said my equipment never had a metering device and told me they would come back and replace my filter drier and add a txv to make it run. Seems if your unit was not installed properly and run like that for months before the owner takes possession of house, you should get new unit or a good repair. But weeks go by and not even a phone call. I would not use this company for fear they do the wrong thing and never call you back.
Quick for service and honorable on their warranty
Only have used them under the warranty of our home but they always seem to know what they are doing and have fixed every issues so far.
I can't say enough great things about Matco. I spoke with Matt the owner and he is awesome. Then I had one of his techs Chad come out and he was very professional and knew what he was doing!! If you need Ac repair I would call Matco.
Five stars really isn't enough for these guys. My mom passed away Sunday and a friend of the family uses Matco as a subcontract for his home construction business. They heard my parent's a/c wasn't cooling and the same day they showed up at the house accessed the issue and called our family friend. Our friend (heaven sent) gave them the go ahead to replace the whole unit. They guys arrived the next afternoon around 5:30 and were at the house until almost 10pm putting in a whole new unit. The guys were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Matco as they went out of their way to help someone in need. The actions of these guys and our family friend brought tears to my dad's eyes as he didn't think he wouod ever be able to get his a/c replaced. Thank you, Matco!!!
During the horrible winter storms, I was in contact with Chad (I think. Please forgive if I'm wrong) who walked me through how to get my Nest thermostat to work properly because it wasn't switching my heat on. He was kind, patient, and understanding. An absolute value to the company!
Turned in warranty work request for improper operation 3 weeks ago, still no response. They’ve already been out 4 times without correcting the problem. Turns out numerous homes, of the same floor plan, have the exact same issues but they’ve stopped complaining because Matco can’t fix the problem. Guess what Matt, I’m not going away. I will do exactly what I told you I would do. Bad, true, reviews, BBB complaints and complaints to the TDLR. Once my system is properly installed, I will be suing you for the $$$!to correct. Plus, I’ll make sure everyone in my neighborhood does the same.
Funny. They don’t answer service calls or even call back to let you know they are busy. Great way to run a biz. Just call. Exist.

Love this company from the top to the bottom! They provided me exceptional service on a weekend when my A/C went out, had it replaced in no time, since I was home pregnant with my daughter. Matt & Laurie are top notch and I will use them again and again. I’ve referred my family and friends to them and all have great things to say!
Matco came into my house and fixed a mess from another compay's installation. work was excellent along with the price!!!!!!
I have been using Matco for over 10 years. They have installed a new unit in my home, and serviced my previous units. As a single parent, it was such a relief to find a company that was courteous and trustworthy. The prices are always reasonable, and they worked around my crazy schedule too! I recommend them to anyone looking for an ac company!
I have used this company for many years due to their integrity and honesty. It is hard to find a company that will come out and tell you the repair was so simple that there is "no charge" but this company has done that with me twice. I recommend them to everyone who ask, including my neighborhood group. Just last week I called them about a new AC unit they had installed 2 years ago as the AC filter came out soaking wet. They informed me what to do to repair it myself and now it is working perfect.
