Worst experience AC was installed by this company and since the beginning it’s been giving problems and they don’t want to replace it. The pad was rusty because the installation was wrong and instead of replacing the pad they sprayed painted with us inside. The house was smelling heavily with chemicals and I have a baby that started getting her eyes red I got a headache. Unacceptable jeopardizing our health for a easy fix when we paid for a brand new unit.
I reached out to this company today to get a regular maintenance service done on my HVAC system. The customer service rep sounded like she had no idea of what to do and finally, she checked the system and said she can send her team the next Wednesday but before I confirm she hung up. I tried calling again but no answer.
They hung up on me after being on hold for 20 minutes and after a put in a emergency work order. Very poor customer care.
So i had a plumbing issue in my brand new home, go figure. Myself being a plumber even i was stumped. So at first they sent out brad, long story short he couldn’t figure it out he was stumped. So a few days later they sent out todd. L&S told me todd was there go to guy. He arrives at the house and does his diagnosis. Again he is stumped as well. At this point i don’t know what to do and L&S has disappointed. So i call the corporate office and tell i need this problem fixed now and i need them to send there best. So they told that the best service plumber they ever had quit last year in September. So they said they’ll send the 2nd best. Let me tell when mike arrived at my door he was looking like tom cruise in top gun ready to go and ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He didn’t need any fancy equipment i swear all he did was look at the problem for not even 10 seconds and said too easy i know what to do. 5 minutes later with nothing but a crescent wrench and pure dedication he got the job done and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with mike and his service abilities. From now on i will only use L&S mechanical and ask for mike for any future plumbing issues, my only regret is i didn’t get to meet their true top gun plumber last year in September . But mike will do. Im proud of you Mike

Commercial driver point of view. The people are friendly and professional but checking in with shipping and receiving is kind of a hassle, it’s mainly because they are very busy in the morning. So it’s best to keep on them and prepare your entrance set up. To enter this location you will have to time it to drive against traffic on N. East Parkway, (the entrance is on a one way road) in order to back into their yard and be able to dock don’t make the mistake of driving headfirst into the location or you will not be able to turn around to dock. Also the medium (middle that separates the road has a cut out that will allow for this back up maneuver, but it can high center the Semi so be sure to have it ready on all wheel drive. All this is because the yard where the dock is located is very small and crowded with a bunch of other vehicles that are there to pick up construction materials and also other semi trucks with day cabs trying to bully their way in. I rate this a Level 4 dock ( level 5 is the highest) good luck!

So lucky L&S sent Todd to do the work at our house. Polite, friendly, efficient, and meticulous work. Knows how to do the job right. Plumbing repair turned out better than new. Deserves 6-stars. :)
I called on a Sunday because my toilet. I could hear water continuously flowing even after I had turned it off in the back. I called the number that was given from my builder and she called me back and said it may be awhile but he would come out. It wasn’t 20 minutes and he was on his way, I was so incredibly thankful for his efficiency!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!! Do not under any circumstances do business with this rude and unprofessional, no integrity having company, I’m a disabled veteran and I served with pride and honor and I’ve never felt so disrespected. 1st they don’t train their customer service reps, they just put them on the phone without any knowledge of the warranties and how they work. I had a tech come out to fix a issue that I had with plumbing and the guy didn’t ring the doorbell (I watched the whole video) and he just stood on the porch as my dog barked, then I called to speak with the CSM and this lady Samantha C. Was the absolute worst person I’ve ever spoken with, she’s rude and she is a flat out liar. I asked for Samantha’s boss number after dealing with her lying and being condescending and she intentionally gave me the wrong number and told me that her boss was in the field without a company phone so no one can get in contact with him except her. I wish I would’ve known about this incompetence before I bought the house because I wouldn’t have gotten my home based off this experience alone. I’m truly disgusted.
Took five phone calls and two weeks to get my estimate from the office. However, Joe got our room split, wires ran and was pleasant to work with. Added bonus, he is good with cats which was great because my cat followed him around all morning.
He was patient with us and guided us through the process of fixing our water heater after the storm
After winter storm Uri, most plumbers were working hard and charging between $800-$1k for the installation alone of a water heater. My home is only 2 years old and the plumbing/HVAC was done by L&S. I called on Thursday after the storm and a repair tech was at my house Saturday morning (lightning fast compared to the vast majority of stories I’ve heard). The technician installed the new water heater in 1 hr ($125/hr labor) and I was given the water heater at cost. This company decided to help their customers after the devastating storm rather than take advantage of the situation. People like this give me hope for contractors and the willingness to be decent we should all strive for when help is needed. They’ve earned my trust and heartfelt appreciation.

Truckers beware. Everyone gets a 9am appointment. Small lot so you can not come early. Not 8:57am. Not even on time at 9am. Cluster f***.... 53ft trailer drivers, no dock ramp and the dock is higher than the trailer. They get so busy from everyone showing up at 9am that you have to unload your own trailer to the dock edge. This load is worth turning down....
