Knights Heating and Air Conditioning is a wonderful company! I have used them several times. Dan was so responsive and found exactly the system I needed and then coordinated the install. The installation team was very respectful and hard working! I highly recommend this business!

Knights Heating and Air Conditioning were super effective and provided me with several options for our broken water heater including repair, replacement, and upgrade. They treated me like a person, explained all the details, and quickly and professionally executed on what I decided to do. We worked with them for our AC in the past as well and they're consistently great!

Wow. Talk about the worst experience ever. Request a diagnostic service for $59, get billed $195. Speak with a handful of foreign "dispatchers" and the billing department who promised to reduce the bill to the original amount of $59. Paid that amount, then we're told we'll be going to collections for the remaining $125 plus tax. Four phone calls later, we finally are able to speak with "Manager Jacob" who has "listened to the recordings". His specialty is to define service fee, then direct you to billing. If you enjoy being lied to, over charged, threatened with collections after paying, or speaking with foreign call centers, then this is the HVAC company of your dreams! If I could leave negative stars, I would. After going through this experience, they seem to be a remotely operated foreign third party company that uses local technicians to generate $59 service fees (or $79 "memberships"). Stay local and use any other HVAC company. Knight Heating and Air Conditioning is a SCAM, avoid at all costs.

Called Knights Heating and Air Conditioning when our AC unit started power cycling. Reagan came and immediately located the problem which was a clogged radiator. He also inspected the unit and noted some other looming problems. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We signed up for a maintenance plan on the spot. Excellent work!
