Fixed my fan motor asap! Adrian explained the whole process and was timely and professional. Highly recommend.
I have used JMS now for several years to service my AC units after determining a larger local firm was overcharging and manufacturing problems to try to sell me a new unit. Adrian has always been responsive and fair with his pricing. I can trust JMS to only perform the work necessary and realize a long term client is better than a quick sale. I recommend JMS to anyone.
So I had my wife Call in for a leaking furnace that was not cooling to set temp on the thermostat. MIGUEL and jr came by. My wife did mention they guys were nice but will never ever call them AGAIN. They cleaned the evaporator that was very dirty and added some freon and replaced the drain pan line for $450. Leak did not get fixed and to top it off the drain line he put in as replacment did not have trap in it. Very dissatisfied. since our drain pan was cracked and we had already ordered it, that he would replace pan for $ 750 whenever it got delievered. Bigger companies quoted us 350 to 450 for pan replacement. I wish I could post videos but there is not an option for it so you can see work.
I am very pleased with the professionalism and the quality work that they provided. I felt like they were very honest and fair in their pricing would recommend them to anyone.

They did our a/c system and it was great. The best part were the people that came out. They were super kind, gave us lots of info and options. They went above and beyond, helpful, answered all my questions, explained the install and new equipment thoroughly. I highly recommend them!!!
JMS really saved the day. The other company was trying to charge an arm and a leg and couldn't fix it that day. JMS came in and had us up and running in two hours..
JMS serviced my mothers house when her AC broke. It was a last minute emergency and they were one of the few companies I called that would come out. Her AC works perfectly and I am more than satisfied and will use them again.
This is hands down the best HVAC company in DFW. After my home warranty tried to take advantage, this company came through with a bit of integrity! Thanks again!
Thank you JMS for such a great install. JMS replaced my broken AC unit and retrofitted a new system in my upstairs. Huge difference in my home, great guys and great value! Highly recommend
If you don’t have jewelry insurance, an attorney, and additional time and money to spend with another company to clean up the mess they leave behind don’t use JMS Heating and Air! My jewelry went missing while they were in the house installing a brand new a/c unit. The A/C doesn’t even work! I had another company come look at it because there is no way I’m allowing them back into my house. I was told that JMS had used mismatched equipment and removed several components that are vital to the system functioning properly. After contacting reputable local companies to ask why this would be done it was in their professional opinion that this would cause the equipment to not last as long as intended so as to provide JMS with repeat business. Now they’re threatening to sue me because I won’t let them back into my house to correct their mistakes and I have to pay a new company to remove their equipment and start the job over. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.
Call them told them ac unit out that they installed 23 months ago was told by jr.dad is out of town but he jr. could come out next day was told to text information over I did next day texted him to confirm he was still coming no text back called 4hrs.latter no answer left message jr texted back all booked up maybe next wk
