The company refused to verify that they have a Texas air conditioning license. The dispatcher didn't know what area the covered. Seems very sketchy
I contacted Hays Heating and Cooling when my unit was frozen outside. They sent a technician the very next day! They were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous! The technician was very nice; he took the time to explain the problem and show me the parts, he even changed my filter and took my old one out to the curb for trash. Their prices were also very reasonable! I will use them again and again and will gladly refer to anyone I know!!!!
Good experience. Hired Hays Heating and Cooling for our AC install. The crew showed up on time and were respectful of our house. Most importantly, our A/C works great; Great professionalism exuded. would recommend.

George gave a reasonable price for central air condition and I did not hesitate to go with their company. They have excellent customer service and they quickly respond to any questions or concerns you have. The day of the installment, they were on time and very respectful. Such a pleasure to work with these guys!
I bought a new house and about 10 months later the AC unit stopped working. I called and had an appointment the next day. The gentleman working with me was honest, no nonsense, and answered all my questions. The installation guys were excellent as well explaining everything. Could not be more pleased!!
We are very happy with the installation of our heating and hot water system. Hays Heating and Cooling staff were very professional and easy to work with. The work was done quickly and neatly. We asked for a couple of changes after installation was done and they quickly came out to do them even though it meant several hours additional work. We definitely recommend them.
I have dealt with HVAC services across the country, but I can say this is the first time I've been impressed by a company so early on. Jack was very prompt and very professional through out the process. His apparent knowledge of the system I needed installed was awesome. He made the whole process smooth. The entire system is functioning as required and couldn't be happier.
There is no reason to go elsewhere for HVAC services. Hays Heating and Cooling delivered excellent services today. They services our AcC and inspected our heater as well. I was impressed with their excellent advice and the customer service. Have recommended them to my neighbors and will definitively use them again.
