This store is amazing. It’s like Mary Poppins’ handbag, it has everything you could imagine. Thermostats, dual run capacitors, and cordless power tools, oh my! Eric was extremely helpful.
Struggling to find a motor for my air compressor I went to Grainger and talk to team leader Eric Walker. Super friendly and informative. He located the part and had it shipped to me. I would highly recommend talking to him if you need something.
The entire staff was friendly, but Maria goes above and beyond and truly cares about the person she is assisting beyond just making a sale.
So happy to see Maria at this location. Always so helpful and kind. Gilbert was awesome to have as a sales associate too! Very genuine group of people. I will be visiting this location more now.
I have to say my experience at Grainger store # 193 was very refreshing to receive excellent customer service by Maria handling my order. What started out to be somewhat confusing until Maria took charge along with the Novel Builders Purchasing Team and turned this order into the cake walk of your dreams ! I have exchanged out two truck toolboxes, so frustrating. Defective I guess. Your sales person made me forget about the frustration by apologizing for the inconvenience, and went an extra mile in making sure I was taken care of. Jerry was very helpful. I was trying to locate some specialty ceiling tiles and sealant for a clean room application on a urgent project. He took his time to help make sure we had the correct products mad helped me find a location where I could go pick them all up today.
