Gerardo was very professional and did a great job getting us the best deal for our family! He figured out right away what was broken and replaced the part for our a/c unit and checked the inside one. We were very happy with the work and service!

I have called Gerardo 3 times now and has been real professional about his work, I will continue to call him in the future. Very fast response and was available on same day to come check and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and gives options on how to fix the issue. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great service and professional work!
On 11/28/22 this company was assigned to fix a noise coming from my heating unit by Service Plus warranty company. Gerardo showed up and within 3 minutes, charged me $75 and informed me that there was something bouncing around inside the exhaust outlet and that will not be covered through the warranty. I called the warranty company back and they said they will pay $250 to fix the problem and to call Gerardo back. When I called him, he wanted $550 to fix it and said I had to pay the difference of $300. I had another company do it for $120 and the job took less than 45 minutes. I know I lost $75 but if I had G&A do the job, it would have cost me a lot more. After this review was posted, Pedro, the owner of the company called me and asked me to take it down and if I do that, he will refund me the service fee of $75.
Just moved into the area and they are a go to. Price is good. Awesome and friendly service. Gerardo explained everything throughly and knows what he is talking about.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with Geraldo's work. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. If you're looking for a reliable technician to fix your A/C unit, I highly recommend Geraldo!!
G&A Mechanical called to say they had problems with the technician that came out to my house. They reached out to me just recently to make amends, claiming their former technician was responsible for the items I commented below is no longer employed by them. They are correcting past grievances to be an ethical company. — old comments below — They’ve been under investigation by the State of Texas government (TDLR) from other HVAC companies having to clean-up after them, as well as defrauding a pregnant lady the same as me in trying to replace entire house system under the table without involving warranty insurance. G&A Mechanical were first called by Choice Home Warranty to diagnose the problem why my air conditioning was blowing hot air into my house. G&A Mechanical submitted a dishonest diagnosis to replace the condenser after telling me only the compressor was burned out (which it was not). After hearing nothing for days, I called them and they told me my entire air conditioning system must be completely replaced (inside unit & outside unit) but CHW will not pay for it (trying to do business outside of warranty/insurance). Note that my home warranty paid for the correct diagnosis fix of my R-22 system without changing refrigerants. I said I’m going to check with TDLR and was rudely immediately hung up upon. My case was re-assigned to another HVAC company that found out the ABSOLUTE ONLY ISSUE why the compressor was not running is that the low-cost START-RUN CAPACITOR required replacing, and G&A re-wired the compressor incorrectly after wrong diagnosis. G&A Mechanical attempted fraud in knowingly trying to dishonestly sell me an entire completely new system for thousands of dollars outside of insurance/warranty when the actual problem was a cheap $20 capacitor part. BTW — Exact OEM new replacement coils are easily available from another company, so entire system including compressor was never in need of replacing. Again… either inexperienced or fraud.

They are very prompt and curtiouse cleaned up mess when they were finished with job. They were sure to call before arriving and were here when they said they would be.
I have used Gerardo @ G&A Mechanical twice and his service is always extremely professional. He went above & beyond to diagnose the issue and provide a resolution. I will definitely use G&A in the future.
I called them and they made appointment and came right out because Heating system not working properly. Repaired and done!
