I was very impressed with this company. They came out on a holiday, diagnosed and fixed the issue and still gave a fair price! I have saved their number and will definitely use them in the future.
Fort Worth Air Conditioning is 5 Star. From the on time estimate visit, the quote, to the installation team, and excellent service from Sonny...All were 5 star. I requested an estimate and Sonny explained my options within my budget. I received a new HVAC installation that I am so happy with. If you need service or installation I highly recommend Fort Worth Air.
Sonny was courteous, through, professional and made me aware of the system condition. He changed the filters and complemented the filter technology.
Sonny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and open and honest about everything throughout the entire process. From the quote to the install, he took his time to answer every question we had in depth. His team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job installing the new AC in our house. Not only was the install a 10/10, they also worked very quick and finished the job much sooner than I was expecting. If you’re looking for a company to do any sort of HVAC work, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to give them a call.
I’ve been having a trouble with my master bedroom and everyone I’ve spoke with just wanted to sell me something! I called and spoke with Sunny. He asked me some questions and unfortunately he was unable to help me but he told me what the problem was and how to fix the issue! Fort Worth air conditioning has a great employee and when it’s time for me to have a/c work done. You better know I’ll be calling them! I already added them to my contacts. — on a personal note! I’ve had a really rough year. I’ve had a few close friends pass and my dad passed in oct. The type of kindness Sunny showed during our phone call and the respect he showed me when I didn’t know what I was talking. I really appreciated! They have a customer for life! I had multiple other companies come to assess my ac unit, and they all told me I needed different parts replaced for large amounts of money. Sonny came and fixed the problem without replacing any parts, for a reasonable price. I appreciate his honestly.
I stumbled upon this business when my heat went out and I had to search online for a repair service. The reviews others had written made me give them a try. The service, as has previously been stated, was excellent! Sonny is super friendly & knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem in no time. I hope to never have a problem again, but if I do they will be my first and only call.
My tech came out to check the system my HVAC system to get ready for summer. He did a great job checking the system and sitting down with me explaining the functions of an AC system. He also answered all my questions and most important if all he did a great job.🥰✅🥰✅
This company was awesome to work with! My whole HVAC needed to be replaced. He came out and gave me a quote (the best one I received out of multiple) then I set up a time and date and they were there! It didn’t take very long to install the whole system. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Very highly recommended!!
Sonny was very responsive and helped to make sure we were updated throughout the whole time. They did great work and if you ever have an AC issue, he is the one to call!
Heat pump quit cooling like it should. Sonny came out same day and was able to diagnose the problem. 30 minutes later we have cold air and a new HVAC company. He worked hard on seeing that we were satisfied and gave me a break on costs. I highly recommend Fort Worth Air Conditioning. Thank you Sonny.
I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs he came right out right away on the weekend on short notice and fixed the ac system. There are a lot of people out there that are under qualified and overcharge for things you dont need. He fully explained how the operating system works and detailed the diagnosis. They're looking for honesty and integrity look no where else.
Sonny has serviced both of our properties and each time he has been on time, professional and extremely helpful with servicing our AC units. He even showed us how to properly clean our outdoor units and ways to check our system to ensure efficiency. Highly recommend him!
We had a weird circumstance where we were out of town for an extended time and our HVAC unit quit working during a massive heat spell. Access to the house had to be coordinated and the bill had to be paid remotely. None of that was an issue for Sonny, who was able to get out and repair the problem super quickly and for a completely reasonable amount. This is our first time using Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. The experience was so positive that they will be our go-to HVAC professional from here on out.
Our A/C went out about a week before the 4th of July. After calling another company, that never called back and waiting 2 days, I decided to give Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. a call. Not only did Sonny come by that SAME day, he came by in two hours! After his inspection, Sonny walked me through my different options. I decided on a new outside and attic unit. Sonny was fair, honest, and made me feel confident in my decision. Installation was later that week. Sonny and his installation crew were not only early but they had our A/C up and running again in just over 2 hours. I was VERY impressed with Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. The customer service is top notch and GENUINE! If you are looking for any sort of HVAC service, I would HIGHLY recommend Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. You won't be disappointed.
Sonny was responsive and knew his business. As I expected and without my prompting, he suggested yearly maintenance to prevent the catastrophic cost of repair and/or living in Texas without air conditioning. Good maintenance is preferable over repair or heat.
So happy with the service we received over the holiday weekend. When others would not answer the phone Mr. Sonny with Fort Worth Air offered fast response via text. We appreciate the courteous service and will return for any future needs. Highly recommended!!
Very happy with their Service, came within a day of the issues I was encountering. Replaced a variable speed motor on my AC unit. It wasn’t cheap but it is what it is. System back up and running the following day. Polite, punctual and efficient.
We’ve used Sonny for two years now and he is always quick and responsive. We’ve had several issues with our AC, causing it to go out multiple times last summer and this summer. Sonny has shown up within a few hours to help. He always comes prepared and is very pleasant to work with. Thank you Sonny!
On Thursday we noticed our AC was not cooling properly. I tried calling another service company that we have used in the past and after 4 calls and leaving two messages, I could not get anyone on the phone or even get a call back. So I checked online and found Fort Worth Air Conditioning and I saw they had a bunch of good reviews, and a lot of them recent. I called them on Friday afternoon and the owner Sonny answered the phone. He was on his way to a service call and told me he could not get to me until the next day after 4 PM. He told me how much it would cost to come out and check my system and I told him to schedule me in. The next day I was very impressed that he called me while he was on the service call prior to mine so that he could keep me updated on what time to expect him. He showed up at the expected time and I explained what was happening with my AC. He connected his gauge to the outdoor unit and I asked him what he was checking and what readings he expected to see on his gauge. Sonny was patient and friendly and didn’t mind my questions. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he expected to see on his gauge in a good system. I really appreciated that he communicated all this to me. Based on his gauge readings I needed a little bit of refrigerant. In addition to that, we also had a problem with one of the heater coils turning on in the HVAC unit at the same time the AC was running which Sonny found while checking the unit in the attic. I’m familiar with electrical work and using gauges and I could see everything he was doing and I could also see the readings on his gauge while he checked the wiring on the HVAC unit in the attic. The gauge showed one of the heater coils was drawing current when it should not have been running at all. I would never have thought of checking there and he impressed me with how fast he found that problem on the heating side that was affecting the cooling.
