Had our first call with this company, can't say enough good things about them. Right from the start they were really nice and professional. Came out changed the parts that needed to be changed, checked everything else to make sure it was working properly no up sell just a good honest company. Will defenetly be our AC company from now on. Just wanna give a great shout out to DTM. Got me in the next day without any trouble and got my system working like it should. Dave Peckinpaugh recently joined my networking group. Several months ago, he handled a warranty repair on my exterior unit, and updated my thermostats to Ecobee, giving us more control over our usage. He handled these quickly and timely, and during the most recent heatwave, our house began heating up on a Sunday. I sent him a text to put us on the list for Monday, but being the guy Dave is, he popped over to my house. He rang my bell about 45 minutes after me texting him, and didn't say, "I'm here to check it out" but "Here's the old capacitor, I've already replaced it, you should be cooling down soon..." It's good to have a friend in the AC business in Fort Worth!
Had issue with our HVAC blower not coming on. Mike came out and correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to get a replacement part the next day. He also was able to get the blower to come on and we kept it on overnight, so we wouldn't freeze!
Mike and His team are great to work with. They came to my home about 15 minutes after calling and requesting a technician to make a diagnosis. They made the diagnosis and fixed what they could on the first day and the next morning they showed up and went right to work to complete the repair. Everyone was professional and very organized. Selena was very kind and attentive on the phone. I liked that I could conveniently pay my invoice online. DTM will be my first choice for maintenance from now on.

Dave Peckinpaugh was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the problem that I was having with the ac unit that I have at the house. D.T.M was able to pinpoint and resolve the issue at a very reasonable cost. They were extremely professional, friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. Michael has always been the most professional, helpful, kind person when I have had to deal with him with air-conditioner problems in my rental home. He is more than willing to do the harder jobs in order to help people. He really cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way to help people. If more people ran their businesses the way that Michael does, the world would be a much better place. I would recommend his company to anybody anywhere anytime!
D.T.M is very professional and respectful of our schedule and the fact that we can't sit home all day waiting for someone to show. Our tech actually diagnosed our problem over the phone and sure enough when he got here and looked at the unit that was exactly what was wrong. We will for sure be using them for all of our future A/C needs.
Stephen hooked me up with a last minute appointment. When Mike showed up he was very friendly. He took pictures of my AC issues and explained all the options for fixing it. His number is now one I'll always have on hand!
Was having an issue with the Motor. Mike came over and did his Magic. Had exclusive knowledge of what he was doing. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend the D.T.M to friends and family!
