They saved me last summer!! Shame on me for just now leaving a review. Compass installed a new Trane system for me that works like a dream, it's been about a year and no issues. They came as quick as they could in the middle of August, a very hardworking and talented crew. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to review Compass Air and wanted to let anyone who reads this to know that my new A/C and Heating System Installation went flawless yesterday. Mike and his installation team were prompt, professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. Based on my experience with Compass Air I would recommend them to do your installation. When they finished with their work you could not even tell that they had been at my house. Mike thank you and please tell your installation team thank you for me. Good Job.
The president of Compass Air is extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not use these guys. You will pay top dollar for a unit and it will not work.
Lane Pierce Had contacted them through Good Contractors List about a month ago about getting a new system installed. They were very helpful at first. Had someone out to inspect and give proposal. The problem came about a week later when I informed Mike that I would have to try and finance at least part of the system. He took my information and ran my credit. I know he did due to notification that I received via credit karma shortly after giving information. That was on a Monday…and was the last time I ever heard from Mike. Obviously I did not get approved, so, instead of having the professional courtesy to let me know this so that I could make other arrangements, he just decided that he was done with me. I waited until Thursday of that week and finally called his office. They said they he wasn’t there and they would have him call me back. Again, never heard from him again. Bad part is that he knew that we did not have a working AC unit on my house, and it was starting to get hot at this time of year. I guess they are really friendly as long as you’re giving them your business. If not, don’t want anything to do with you. Very unprofessional!
XV18 lowered our electric bill by 40% over the last year! Their honesty and integrity was the most professional I have ever seen in this industry. I will continue to refer friends and family to Compass. It was refreshing to work with local professionals that understand the importance of delighting the customer!

Wow, I thank Mike and his fantastic team for saving me from yet another week of no AC in this hot Texas heat!! Purchased the Trane XV18 and my house is cold now and I am so happy!! I would recommend Compass Air Services to everyone, we will be with Compass Air Services for a long time to come!! Compass Air Services will be installing insulation in our house in the very near future, which will help with the cost of electricity in addition to our new AC!!

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. Drew, estimator/supervisor, honest, easy to work with, responsive. After install, while trying to test system, encountered electrical deficiencies in my wiring that needed resolved. Great guidance to get issue fixed by electrician. Compass Air was recommended to me by a trusted friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. Installed two units in a day, entire crew was professional and did all the little things well. Mike, the owner, worked with me to get the best deal possible. Don’t waste your time calling others, these folks are the best!
I had the team today at my home installing A/C units. They were on time, very careful, professional, educational, complete, and left absolutely nothing negatives I can possibly think or even create about. Drew, Sam and the crews were just amazing guys. Probably the far best company and people to work with. There are many outstanding companies here in North Dallas area. But this one experience with them made me a believer of their service the years to come. Thanks guys!!
Had to replace both AC and furnace. Compass Air was on time and very clean and professional. It helps to have the system financed...but better that the installation is done correctly. Compass Air did that.
Compass is the most professional and knowledgeable AC company out there. They’re always attentive to my questions and thoughts and respond quickly. They have now installed 2 units for me and their work is second to none. Drew and his crew are very friendly yet maintain high professionalism when installing and make sure every detail is done right. I’ll be a compass customer for life!

We had a complete AC system installed on Monday, 9/14/2020. Installation was flawless, on time and professional. George, Alex and Ricardo (installation team) was knowledgeable, professional and with great manners. Drew Roden on 9/8/2020 provided estimate. He even double checked my system to make sure that I actually need one and provided his honest and expert recommendation. Due to Covid-19, TRANE unit was not available in whole country, Mike Prayor (Manager) worked diligently around the clock and secure on unit for me. The whole team at Compass Air is awesome. I will recommend them every time when some on need HVAC help.
We needed to get both of our air conditioners replaced and if possible I wanted to support a local business. I called six different companies to get prices so I could make a qualified decision. I called to make an appointment and Mike, the owner, answered and set up an appointment for me to meet with Drew. After I had gotten all my quotes I decided to go with Compass Air for several reasons. This was the only company that provided me with a comprehensive and detailed quote telling me exactly what was included. There was no high pressure sales pitch and they were the only company that gave an option for a lower price if you paid in full at the time of purchase. From start to finish I have never been more pleased and impressed with a company! The crew that came out for the installation was polite, prompt, hard working and so effective at teamwork that I wasn’t surprised by how quickly everything was done! When they were finished with the install we did a walk through and everything was explained to my satisfaction. My air conditioning units are performing wonderfully and I’m looking forward to seeing how much lower my bills will become in the future. I highly recommend Mike’s company and everyone involved with him, you can tell they all take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows in every aspect of the company!
Compass air took my call and Bill scheduled an appointment for 1230 to 1245pm same day. Brian arrived about 1240pm. He quickly determined my issue. He walked me through what was needed and set up a time to return on Saturday. Later on Friday Mike called me to check in and confirm that Brian would be back at 1000 am Saturday. Brian arrived at 1000am and had my AC running by 1030am. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I will continue to use Compass Air for my AC and heating needs!
The gentlemen at Compass Air are very professional and nice to work with. We replaced two units a couple of years ago and have been very satisfied with the service

This company deserves the highest accolades. They earned my 5 star rating. Drew called me 20 minutes before he arrived to do the estimate. He was very friendly without being fake. He spent about 30 minutes looking at my heater in the attic and my AC unit in the yard. He took about 15 minutes in his truck to write the estimate. He offered me 4 options, each one he explained in full. The options included 16, 17, 18 or 20 Seer. The True Variable system at 18 Seer was the best fit for my home. The estimate was 5k less than the other 3 estimates I had received; each of those estimates did not include the heater. Those other companies were dishonest and disrespectful in that they were they were attempting to install the AC that wouldn’t couple with my old heater. Once I saw the estimate from Compass Air, I realized how far off those other companies really were. We scheduled the installation for just a few days later as per my schedule; they could have done it the next day. The installation was seamless. The crew was respectful of my home, yard, and worked fast and efficiently. The new thermostat is essentially an iPad in my hall and one of the installers gave me an in-depth walk through on how to use it and the app via my phone. The Trane system is silent, has reduced my overall utility bills and every room in my home feels balanced. Prior, the master bedroom and bathroom were too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Drew listened to my insight about the old system, those stated issues, and they installed additional vents and duct work to address each problem. When the installation crew left, I felt like I was saying good bye to family! Compass Air is far and away superior to any other AC & Heating Service company in DFW.
