Called them and immediately knew this was the right company. We had the drain line backup and cause a leak. Called multiple companies and not one wanted to go over options without sending someone out with some crazy inspection prices. But Puala not only gave us advice to keep the unit running that day but also gave us a couple options for repair that made sense like a tuneup that would cover the drain line so it was not a separate charge. Unfortunately when they showed up it was not as simple as we thought it would be. After inspection our great tech Rowndal took pictures and explained the issues that he found. So instead of charging for coming out that day they set us up for a repair and rescheduled the tuneup for after so he could inspect the repairs. The guys came next day for the repairs spent 8-9 hours in the hot attic fixing the issues and redoing the drain lines. Very professional from the start with bootys and carpet protection. Explained what they had to do showed pictures of everything they did and made sure everything was working great before they left. A few days later had Rowndal come back out to do the service and he was great checked the repairs took pictures and answered any questions I had for him. Great company and Rowndal and the guys that did the repair are top notch!
Service on AC was performed professionally and promptly. Primary work done on the drainage system that kept the thermostat from working properly. Rondel explained what he was doing prior to performing the task. Kept me informed throughout the service. Explained cost and service ageements. Would highly recommend.
I can now add Rondel to the list of excellent HVAC Technicians at Comfort Masters. Rondel was extremely polite/knowledgeable and helpful… He explained details of what he was going to do, then explained what he did… Kudos to Comfort Masters for ensuring the customer was # 1. Brad

Jason Vasquez was awesome to work with and provided a ton of detail into the work he was proposing. He also troubleshooted the issue that we were having and provided multiple solutions to the problem. Jason and comfort masters have always been great to deal with! 5 stars as always.
Started with a maintenance call and ended with a new system, but through it all the technicians, comfort specialists, and installers were amazing. Respectful and knowledgeable at every turn of the process. They made the process easy and as painless as possible. I’m so happy with this company and their work. I will definitely continue to use them for all my AC needs.
Jay and Rondel were professional, thorough, and honest. They helped me get my HVAC system in tip top shape with a little bit of maintenance, after another company tried to upsell me to a new $10k unit. would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Rondel was great! Very friendly and courteous. Does his job very well. He is knowledgeable about his job. We really appreciate that he knows what he is doing.
AC went out at 3:30 pm on a Sunday. Rondel was at the house at 4:30 and the problem was fixed at 5:30.

Comfort Masters installed our air conditioning system before we purchased our house and treated us as if we were their original customers. Timely service, honest overview, and useful recommendations. I have used Comfort Masters for over 12 years. They provide great service at a fair price. Everyone is polite, professional and honest. Logan even came back and helped me get a portable AC unit set up and checked on me the next day. All the technicians, installers, sales and office staff went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Comfort Masters!!
Called around noon on a Friday with A/C not working. They were able to schedule us from 4pm -8. I received a text to ket me know the tech was on his way at 3:56. He pulled up about 10 minutes later. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you to Mike the tech. Great Job
