Deigo, was awesome and through but I was very disappointed with the cost of service. I paid a service fee of $99 plus another $500 for under 2 hours of work and no parts were used just unblock the AC drain.
Just to have someone respond the next day is a plus especially in this Texas heat. He came out and checked the unit and found out it needed a new thermostat. The cost was very minimal.
José and the entire install team was responsive, educative, educated, kind and professional. Thank you for the care you took to uninstall the old unit and install the new unit.

I called this evening, worried that our a/c was not cooling our home and hoping for an appointment within the next week. Shocked, I was given an appointment TONIGHT?!? Arriving at 10:30pm, Ryan got our a/c running properly & then took the time to hose out our air filters!!! Just in time for the upcoming 100°+ weather. Thank you, Ryan!! Tyler was on-time and friendly. Checked out my electrical system, made dome recommendations but there was no high pressure sales. Love this company! Every employee from the office, scheduling, customer service and technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and polite. They do not make an attempt to high pressure you into extra, just make recommendations based on your house and its needs.
Mike was very professional and helpful . Repair was accomplished quickly and thoroughly. He would be welcomed back any time we have trouble.

We have a small rental unit in Fort Worth but we no longer live in the area. The tenants notified us that the AC had gone out right in the middle of the Memorial Day weekend. Despite the holiday, the team at Comfort Experts was able to schedule and complete our repair within about 3 hours. We will certainly be going back to them for any future AC maintenance needs.

My washer overflowed so I called to get it checked out. Javier arrived, checked it out, and confirmed nothing was wrong. I really appreciate his honesty. The last time I had someone come out for an AC issue, he wanted to sell me something I didn't even need. Not sure if you pay the techs extra for racking up charges on the customer, but it's better to be honest than sell me something I don't need. Good job Javier.
BRAND NEW UNIT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN!!!!! OUR 15+ YEAR OLD UNIT NEVER DID THAT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPANY’S SYSTEM Update: have needed multiple services calls in the pat 2 years on our brand new AC!!! Did not need this with our 15 year old model Update 2023. System is 2 years old and goes out 1-2x year since installed I can NOT recommend anyone buy a system through them
