Always a great experience with them there techs are awesome,done a wonderful job, Mr Ryan was outstanding as usual. He rechecked my unit and hooked up the gauges to make sure it was running proper. Found it that 8t was only running at 60 percent. Fixed the problem, house hasn't been this comfortable in awhile. Thank you so much sir, he even went under the house to make sure there were no leaks in the duck work. Made my wife happy happy wife happy life. Lol I truly hope that other people will use them. All ways a wonderful experience and get the job done. Thank you so much Ryan. House has been at 83 to 85 has dropped 5 degrees in no time thank you sir.

Kellen has worked at our home twice. He is the most courteous, informative, knowledgeable, hard working, and truthful person you will ever meet. There are three things that impress me about this young man. 1. He is very truthful. I had inquired about a problem that I had with my central AC unit. I was told by two companies that I would have to buy another complete system at a cost of $4000-7000. Kellen came to my house, climbed into my attic, took apart my unit, took photos (to show me what was going on) brought the part down and then obtained a replacement. The replacement part cost $600 vs the $4000-7000 the other companies wanted to charge me. My AC is keeping our home cool at 65 degrees right now. 2. Kellen is knowledgeable in his field. If he doesn’t know the answer he will tell you as much. He doesn’t try to put on a sales pitch - he simply diagnoses the problem, gives the solutions and lets you choose. 3. He genuinely cares for his customers. I saw him after he fixed my AC unit a year ago. I was at a coffee shop and he came in, saw me, had a huge smile on his face, and asked me how I and my family were doing. Bottom line I will always do business with Comfort Experts because of the awesome job this man has done for our family.

Called to have our heater repaired as it had not been working for years. Our mgmt company kept sending the same company and they would come and look at the unit and say they needed to order a part and they would come back in a few days. However, for whatever reason they never completed the repair. I decided to pay for the repair myself and called this company since they had called my phone since last summer obsessively. No exaggeration. I had received a flyer for a $49 tuneup so I scheduled an appt. To make this a short and to the point story….. this company defines why you don’t hire companies that pay the repairman commission! Basically he looked at the system and said there is nothing he could do. He said the system is too old and would need to be replaced. Estimated Cost of $10,000-$20,000 if not purchased prior to 1/1/23. He left and didn’t do a darn thing to our unit. Paid him his $49 and awaited the arrival of the other company I had set an appt up with for the same day. They repaired our unit and it works better than ever and all it took was cleaning the coils! Comfort Air shame on you and your employees for this scandalous behavior. You are a disgrace and I will tell everyone I know not to use your company. Right before Christmas and all he was worried about was a few thousand dollar commission and left us in the cold. No integrity and definitely no morality. 2 things I dislike in people, but mostly companies I’m paying my money too! Shameful!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT AIR

Good day and happiest holidays to all. Businesses that advertise "expert service," can only be as wonderful as the individual locations employees and service technicians are wonderful and expert at "that" particular location. There is always more behind the first call. I did not want to irritate the person that answered my call. I feel that I could have really irritated the one that answered my second call, two minutes later, because it was the same person. I was simply feeling off because I have never had to re-build a home. Both of my prior home purchases were new builds and were fully staffed. I never did anything to either of them, both were always professionally cared for in every way. This time, I purchased a total fixer upper that had to be stripped and put back together a piece and a room at a time. I was close to clueless when I placed both the calls and fumbled over my words and took forever to get to the points and I talked entirety too much and I repeated myself and I'm pretty sure I giggled a bit from being nervous and feeling dumb and worried about the millions of dollars I was sure my needs were going to add up to because one need is sure to increase to other needs because the last attention my home received was in 2007 by its builders. Mr. Dennis Chittum, patiently, straight forward, no "hustle air talk" talked to me about my right now situation. He spoke to the point, every detail of all the needs and I actually understood each and every point. He explained matters to me that I did not know were up in the attic. He explained how the heat and the cool work. He did not try to oversale. He showed me pictures of the antiques in my attic. He did not loose concentration. He did not start to check his watch. He did not talk on his phone. He was not too busy. I was a real person with real and serious needs. Absolutely, Expert and Wonderful Service of Comfort Expert, Inc.
