My 2008 Accord would not start. I towed my vehicle in. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty starter. My vehicle was restored and returned to me the next day. Runs like new

Have been using Jim's services for over 15 years and get nothing but top quality work and equipment. Both furnace and air conditioning units. Check up and cleaning on regular basis. A FIVE STAR BUSINESS that I RECOMMEND!
As a new homeowner, I was anxious about needing to call for repairs for the first time. Alec did a phenomenal project answering all my questions and taking his time to explain and show me how things worked including things that I can do to support keep my furnace running smoothly. Kudos!
Been a customer of AirGroup for many years. My parents were customers. We go back a long time. They are always responsive, professional, and meticulous in their service. They are a huge company with large company resources but have a welcoming small company feel. It is a rare find. Additionally Darren Robinson has been a favorite tech of my family for years. He cares! He and all his co-workers are second to none!

Juan was incredible! We had our heater go out late on Sunday, in the middle of winter. He arrived out in such a timely manner and was so nice about it too! He got it up and running in no time and even took the time to explain to us what was going on, what the complication was and how he was planning on fixing it! Juan even took the extra time to talk to us (a newly married, young couple) about some great safety advice and some future advice for servicing our heating and cooling units!
We had a superb experience with this company. They were responsive, professional, courteous and the most affordable out of 6 companies that quoted us. They were also willing to support us on a Sunday evening! We were called back within five minutes of our request and the technician was out to our home Mesa-Phx within 90 minutes! Cayden was professional, knowledgeable, and worked and expertly! We’ll continue to use this company!
Bill was awesome! knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved in back in May, and Bill has come out multiple times to service update the plumbing in my building and make sure is in tip-top shape. I so appreciate he has done! He is punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Cannot endorse him enough!
It would have been a better experience for me if the repairman would have given me better costumer service. After he told me the awful news about how bad my was- he said " you need a new , there is your free consultation" he said this I did not like this man at all and if in fact i do end up with a new ac unit- i would not call these people to install it. The people on the phone whom you schedule the appointments are good though. Update 6.14.18 Apologies for the late update. Another technician was sent out a couple days later. I do not recall his name but was friendly and knowledgeable. He explain the issues with my in lame-man's terms- long story short, i still need a new and will be contacting Cool Now for a quote. Thanks for the great costumer service!. the second time around :)
The experience overall was good. From the response time of my first call that happen to be at night. To the immediate call back and scheduled appointment that night. The work was fast and professional. They were able to repair the problems and give me their advice for what I would need done in the future. Will be going back with this company for any future repairs. Thank you :)

We had Jon Parks for our work man for a leaky water softener unit and he provided terrifc advice on our water conditioner unit that needed replacement. We found him knowledgeable and professional in his recommendation. We couldn’t be happier with his work and recommendations. We were delighted with the fast service and the excellent team installing our unit! They were installing the new unit the next day and they were very professional and did an excellent job! I had a new furnace, a/c, hot water tank and a new thermostat installed. Salesman Andres was nice and able to explain to me. Financing was easy. Installation crew did an wonderful job! awfully appreciated and recommend.
Jesse in sales is great, been there for years, and knows his products. Jeremiah & Will did the install, with the support of a few other, who names, I didn't catch. They did a wonderful job, I had new carpeting, and they covered the fancy carpet, without me even asking. It was a hard job, as the unit was in a very difficult space, high up in a attic. These guys did fantastic, fast, on time, and very polite. I'd happily recommend to anyone, and welcome then into my home again.
Got what I needed and left pretty Even parked in assigned Veteran parking. It was a fantastic visit.
