He is a true professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered our questions as well as setting up the thermostat wi-fi connection so we could see what's going on in our house. I have a service contract with Breeze where they come out twice a year for maintenance of my air conditioning system. This company is awesome. They were on time, they don’t charge you for false services, and from the receptionist to the service techs, they are very friendly and professional. Manuel Compean who is a service tech is very knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HASSLE ME TO BUY OTHER PRODUCTS ONCE HE COMPLETED THE JOB. He did a fantastic job! Very sweet young man! He deserves a gold star. Thanks Breeze for your services and I will be renewing my membership for another year. Manuel Compean deserves a 5 ⭐️. I WILL BE REQUESTING HIM FOR MY SERVICE CALLS FROM NOW ON.
Always call /text to remind for seasonal service maintenance. Techs are always polite, knowledgeable, careful on property and tell you what they've done in the servicing. We always use them

Manuel was polite and on time. He seemed honest and appreciated the urgency of fixing my unit before the real heat of summer kicks in.
Terry was nice and friendly. He came through my house without being spooked by my barking dachshund. He was knowledgeable and sympathetic about my needs. He offered a solution to every problem and even noticed my issues before I mentioned them. He searched out for rebates even calling after he left when he found another. He was thorough and explained in a clear manner to where I could understand. Will request him next time!!
