Had routine maintenance performed on my Furnace/AC. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable and performed my service thoroughly and efficiently. No hesitation in recommending this firm.
After nearly three weeks of subzero temps, we almost made it through the polar vortex, but on Monday morning the boys woke up a little blue. Around 7:00 am, I called Appleton Heating Air Conditioning and they had a technician at the house in about 20 minutes. Our furnace was shot, but they worked quickly to find a unit that worked for our home and our budget. I can't recommend Appleton Heating Air Conditioning company enough.
They started and completed the work on dates as promised. The experts were incredibly polite and personable and cared for our home through every step. Dealing with Appleton Heating Air Conditioning from estimate to finished installation was both easy and a delight. I really couldn't give them a higher recommendation!
Kevin, our tech, was awesome and very friendly. He diagnosed our issue within minutes of being here and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Very quick, very easy, and very professional. 100% would recommend!
I contacted these guys late in the evening during peak season. At first they said they did not have anyone available, but then called me back and sent over two very helpful gentlemen who quickly fixed the issue. They were very professional and polite. The office guy who answered the phone was also very helpful and fast. I would highly recommend Appleton Heating Air Conditioning!!
Appleton Heating Air Conditioning team provided excellent service as they installed air conditioning in our year old home. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us. The installation guys were professional and courteous throughout the two days when they installed the units. Truly great customer service and someone I will definitely be calling in the future. They have done everything from repairing to replacing heating units and I highly recommend their services to any individual or business owner looking to have extremely competent technicians who are very proactive in solving HVAC problems perfectly. I deal with multitudes of different vendors and Appleton Heating Air Conditioning absolutely deserve the rare 5 star rating!
