My upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air around 4pm on a Friday. I was sure no one would be available to come out the same day, but called Austin with AirExperts and they were very friendly and able to come out just a few hours later. They were able to diagnose the issue and replace the part all in about 20 minutes (I was lucky it wasn't anything too critical), and all for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and will call them for any future needs.
Austin was able to get to me quickly and didn’t try to oversell or talk me into anything. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the work he does. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I’ve used these guys many times over the years and they’ve been friendly and helpful. Even well after hours. Price is fair as well. Would recommend.
I've had to call AirXperts out four times this year at our new house. Each time they've been responsive, professional, and fair. Cannot recommend them enough.
Cannot say enough about this business. Our AC sprung a leak the first night we moved into our house. Resigned to having to turn the AC off overnight and sweat it out until the next morning; I started calling people not really expecting anything. My 7th or so call and I called Air Xperts and got Austin on the phone. He was so helpful and called his tech go see if they could fit one more stop in. Michael was able to come by. It was 1015pn (!!!) and he repaired a leaking pipe so that we could stop the damage to our drywall. They were so helpful and responsive. We will use them again. Highly recommend. A+++ 12/10!
Austin and his team are awesome. I have been having problems with my a/c unit for the last three years. I have called several companies, even the ones on t.v. but no one could seem to figure out what was wrong with my system. That’s is when I called Austin and he had my a/c running in no time. He put in the hard work on calling around and getting all of my parts needed for my unit. When other companies said it would take weeks , he had it installed immediately. So much good things to say about Austin and his team but I will leave it with this, look no where else”, Austin will definitely get the job done with no hassles. Thanks Austin for taking care of me and my family Austin is true to his word and he will stand by his warranty. Him and his team are passionate about their job and will work to get any problem fixed. This is by far the best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. Ben was on time, knowledgeable, and had me back up and running in about 15 minutes. He also showed me how to clean my coils and tested everything before leaving. I will absolutely be using this company for all hvac concerns going forward!
I highly recommend AirXperts! Great professional service from A to Z. I called after hours on Saturday evening 6/12/21 and Austin got me scheduled on stand-by for earliest available, or first thing Monday morning. They kept in communication so I knew when to expect them to arrive. Ben Torres, the technician, arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and professional in his approach to resolving the issues with my systems. GREAT JOB!

This is the place to go if you need your A/C repaired. I had another company look at my A/C unit and their tech couldn't diagnose the problem (btw, he was trying to determine the problem for like an hour). I called AirXperts and within a day they had someone out here looking at my A/C. It only took them 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and fixed the problem soon after. They even worked with my current A/C warranty. They were definitely a blessing, since it was at the peak of summer heat, and they were able to get me cool air right away. 6 months later and my HVAC unit is still working like a champ. I definitely give them 5 stars and recommend AirXperts to anybody.

My unit kept tripping the breaker so I had A#1 Air come out to look at it. After a few minutes he told me it was going to be $5600 in repairs and recommended I get a new unit. I called Air Xperts for a second opinion and to quote me on a new system. The Tech showed up right on time and said "let me take a look at your current unit before I quote you on a new one." Long story short he had my AC unit working in 30 mins and only charged me for parts and a service call! I am a customer for life and would recommend this company to anyone. I would give more stars if I could!

Found these guys by the luck of the draw. Had an urgent issue come up with our outdoor unit, and Austin was quick to help diagnose it over the phone and send a knowledgeable, personable tech named Michael. After other heat/air companies told us they couldn’t be out until the next day, these guys have earned customers.
