Fabian does great work! He's done business for all my family and recently installed new AC & Heat systems as mine were outdated and no longer working. He's very professional and honest. Highly recommend his business.
Fabian is awesome. Just notified him 2 days ago that I was having issues w home warranty company. Home warranty didn't even order the compressor for 7 days and told me they had 15-20 days to complete. I've been displaced for 8 nights as a result. Aire comfort to the rescue. Fabian kept in touch w me 2-3 times a day w updates. I was shocked cause it's so hard to get quick responses today. He is very professional and easy to talk to. He's on my permanent call list. Fabian and his team did an amazing job. He also answered all my questions and concerns I had prior to the instalation. Explained everything in detailed and I couldn't be more happier with his work done. 100% recommended
After our HVAC system died, we got four quotes for new systems. In addition to having the best quote, Fabian was BY FAR the best with communication. He went above and beyond by helping us with our return vents and sump pump, which other contractors were not willing to do. When the forecast called for rain, he came out a day early to install to make sure we could go home as soon as possible and even called us later to thank us for our business. We have nothing but great things to say about him and will refer him whenever we get the chance.

Tech did a great effort job when responding to our emergency -no AC - request. It turned out we needed a commercial company but he was still able to switch out thermostat and correctly diagnose the problem all under an hour. Would recommend!

My central air and heat system died and this Co. was recommended by my boss. I called him late on a Friday, around 3pm. By 10:30am Sat. I had a new system installed and the old system hauled off at half the cost of the cheapest estimate we got. Great guys , do great work and aren't trying to get rich off of you because they know you have to have AC. Can't say enough good aboth them.
Mr Fabian is not well trained. He was careless to left the piston in the system while adding a TXV, severely restricted the refrigerant flow and caused problem for my AC. When called him to honor his service warranty, he refused.
Highly recommend!! I called them to come have a look at my AC that wasn’t blowing cold air and 1 hr later Fabian was at my door and was able to fix the problem in no time! I would definitely recommend Fabian to anyone who is needing AC services. Very nice and did a great job of explaining to me what was going on. Thank you again!

Man I always thought that having to get your ac replaced was gonna just be a nightmare of a thing to have to deal with and go through. This was amazing! Fabian and his 1 man crew knocked this ac and furnace out so fast and clean ...omg they were so clean along the way. Easy for me and they were so professional and genuine. This is the kinda place that deserves mine and any family of mines buisness.
My AC has slowly been dying for about a year now and it was time to pull the trigger and get quotes. Fabian actually came and quoted me a year ago and he was the most budget friendly quote offering a name brand system. I couldn’t do it at that time but i did remember him and had him quote me again. After 4 other quotes offering cheap brand labels, Fabian was still the one to beat and the only one to offer me a reputable brand, Payne. My home had a 15+ year old system in a closet. He pitched the idea of an in attic system which would make it more efficient. I did a complete system with new ducts, updated vents (I had circular 1950’s vents going down the middle of all rooms), and anything else needed to make it all new. Throughout the whole process, he has been very professional and awesome communication! He answered right away with any questions I may have had before and during installation. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! I would recommend him in a heartbeat, no questions asked. My home has never felt better and the system is whisper quite in the attic. Please consider him and he won’t let you down. Very professional in all that he does.

Fabian is a very friendly guy who always does an excellent job, needed repair done on ducts due to animal damage on our rental property. Called and he scheduled appt. within a couple of days, came out and got the job done. Thanks Fabian for the excellent work you do. This is our 3rd time using his service. Fabian is a friendly guy who helped install a new outside unit and coils. It feels wonderful in the house during these insanely hot summer days. Quick install and great price. Highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning and heating needs. Fabian is the owner of this company. He is a great guy. He came to my house to look at my eighteen year old outside unit, and he recommended that I get a new unit. We also looked at the furnace, and I decided to go ahead and change out the whole system. He wrote up an estimate for a complete Trane change out, and an electrical disconnect . Wow, was I blown away by the estimate, especially for a Trane. I gave him the ok, and we set up an install appointment for two days after the estimate was made. He called the day before to confirm the install. Fabian and his helper showed up on time at the appointment time of 7:30 AM. The install only took about 3.5 hours. Afterwards, they cleaned and vacuumed up their work area. Again, I highly recommend this company. Fabian is honest, courteous, does awesome work, and is great communicator. He truly cares about his customer. His helper Raul is also a very nice guy.
Fabian is awesome. He installed a brand new system in my house in Richland hills and moved it into the attic. It was a very tight space for the installation and he handled it perfectly. There was something wrong with the unit a couple months after installation - we're thinking some other part of the renovation messed with the thermostat wiring and shorted it out. He was out the next day to replace the damaged parts with no hassle at all. He's a friendly, clean, well spoken, and professional guy. Prices are very very reasonable, but He's not the lowest bidder, and he knows it. He stands behind his work and will always answer your calls or texts.
